Enloe Residential

I started the process in May, 2017. I got one overpriced estimate from 2 high pressure and unscrupulous salesmen who tried to pressure me to sign. Enloe then sent another salesman, who gave me a much lower and more realistic price. I scheduled it for early in the summer of 2017. I contacted the company several times to ensure that they’d be there on the date promised and that they’d install the gutters. On the day of the installation, NO ONE showed, and NO ONE called to explain why! When I discovered that the gutters had not been installed, as promised, early in the morning, I called Enloe. The excuse I received was unacceptable! Supposedly, the installer got held up on another job, and didn’t show up at mine. Apparently, he did not know how to use the phone and neither did anyone else at Enloe! I made 4 separate phone calls that day: to the non existent “customer service”’ to the general manager and others, voicing my disappointment! No one would return my call, nor would anyone address this totally unacceptable behavior! They is not a professionally run company , nor is it customer focused! I would never use them again! Their behavior is totally below standard!

NO ONE Showed! NO ONE called! When I realized that no one was coming and the work would not be done, and the surprise was ruined, I called Enloe. I had to make Four phone calls until I got a response! The excuse was that the crew "got busy on another project and couldn't make it!" When I inquired as to why NO ONE from the crew or company bothered to call me, there was no answer. In this day and age when we have phones, cell phones, texting,and email there is no excuse for this! I called the General Manager, the Customer Service Representative, and the individual who contacted me originally, so far No One has called me back! This is so very disappointing ! I did not expect such poor and unprofessional treatment from this company, needless to say there will be no surprise this Father's Day weekend!

It was over a thousand dollars but I don't remember how much over. It was a lot. They installed a new gutter just on one side of the house. I had gutters on the rest of the house; there was one side that didn't. I think it was fine; they just put a gutter on. I have no complaints. I think they've put all my gutters in so I probably would use them again because I'm familiar with them.

The windows are beautiful and I can't say enough on the quality and how nice they look. The difference in the energy bill is night and day.

When they installed my windows they cracked almost every plaster wall in the process. They were going to leave and not fix it. They came back and filled them in and it didn't ever look right. The windows were supposed to help with my energy efficiency, and it has not. They were also not capped off properly and they told me to use spray paint to fix it myself. They didn't caulk the windows properly and they sent a group out to fix that, and they ended up damaging my brick surface.

Great product but the company is a struggle to work with. On November 16, 2015 I called Enloe Residential and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The estimator arrived promptly the next day and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work and paid a down payment. The estimator indicated I would be contacted to schedule the installation soon. My check cleared my bank two days later. Unfortunately this would be the last transaction with Enloe that occurred quickly. After a month of not hearing from Enloe, I called the phone number on my contract to inquire as to when the installation would get scheduled. My call was transferred but it went to voicemail. I left a voicemail, giving my name and phone number, address and why I was calling. A day later my call had not been returned so I called again and left another message. That message was not returned either. I called a third time and left a third message which went unreturned. I gave up and called a different number listed on their advertisements and explained that I had left three messages but no one had returned my calls. I was transferred to the General Manager but had to leave a voicemail. That message was not returned. I called again the next day and left another voicemail that was not returned. Finally after nearly a week of calling, I was contacted to schedule the installation. No one mentioned my voicemails that went unreturned or explain why it took so long to call me back. The first date for installation had to be postponed due to weather. Later that day the installer for the soffit repair called to schedule their work. Unfortunately they did not show up that day (due to a family emergency) and since they didn?t have my phone number written down, they couldn?t call me. The next day they showed up quite unexpectedly and did their work and told me the gutter installer would be at my home later that day, but no timeframe. Late that day the gutter installer arrived. He apologized for not calling because he did not have my phone number. My check for the down payment cleared my bank in lightning speed, yet it took five weeks to get the work scheduled. Installers that don?t have the customer?s phone number is obviously a poor business practice. Further, when I call their company they answer as ?Southern Window and Siding Company.? At this point I?m still not completely sure who I did business with. Although this company has a great product, they are very frustrating to work with. On the bright side, the installers (who appear to be sub contractors) are very pleasant, professional and courteous. It was NOT their fault that Enloe Residential didn't give them my phone number. UPDATE 1/13/2016: After sending Enloe a copy of my review, I received a call from the company's owner. He apologized very sincerely and explained some steps his company is taking to fix the issues I had. I firmly believe he will, so I'm amending my review to reflect that I recommend them. If you decide to use Enloe I truly hope you don't have my experience!

The product was good. The servicemen who came out were horrible. They were rude and they didn't clean up after themselves. There were nails, glass. It was a mess that we had to clean up. We had to rent a garbage dumpster to get it all cleaned up. We complained and complained to them but they didn't do anything. We sent them a bill, but they never returned it. Other than that, the products are very good. They did good work. The work was good and the product was good. The service and clean-up were horrible.

This was an unsolicited estimate. After I received an estimate from Southern Siding and Window of Augusta I was called by Enloe to schedule an estimate. In inquiring about how they got my information I was told that they were a "sister company" of Southern Siding. When the salesperson showed I inquired about this and was told that they could do the work for less because they were a smaller company. This did not make sense but I received an estimate anyway. It was about $10,000 less that the estimate I received from Southern Siding for what was to be comparable work/product. I think the salesperson was new in that he seemed kind of overwhelmed with figuring out the project for the windows for the breezeway since it was not a standard job. I was told that the estimate was good at that time only and I signed knowing that I had 3 business days to cancel per the contract even though he did not supply me with the cancellation form he was supposed to give me. I subsequently received an estimate for comparable work which I thought was even a better estimate for work that was about $4000 less and decided to cancel the contract within the specified time. I called the company to notify them and faxed a letter of cancellation knowing that this would be sufficient to fulfill the cancellation requirement. Without advance notice the salesperson showed at my house and stated he would not leave until I returned home from work to talk with him. This was very unprofessional. My partner called me at work and I reiterated to the salesperson that I had in fact cancelled the contract, did not plan to renegotiate and that he should leave.

The contractor did an awesome job. Very happy...he went above and beyond what was required. We love it..

The salesman arrived on time, discussed what the job entailed in detail and quoted a reasonable price for the work. I have not had the funds to perform the work, but I will definitely give this company another chance to estimate a job for me.

They quoted me the lowest price for that type of gutter...it was the gutter that doesn't need to be cleaned and does a good job at catching the water at the same time. It went good and I have no complains.

Gutters work very well, however, the black paint scrapped off on the end cap within 2 months,

Work was performed on time and in a professional manner. We have used Enloe in the past and the only complaint is the cost is usually much higher than competitors

the vinyl siding was done well, other aspects of job not done as well, especially adding door in kitchen

The contractor actually arrived about 45 minutes ahead of the agreed time, but this presented no problem for me. The removal of the 19 old windows and rough installation of the new windows went quickly (several hours) and smoothly. It was obvious the installers were very experienced at their trade. They were generally respectful of the interior of my home and reasonably neat, but didn't bother to cover or remove their shoes when walking on my carpet. The installation of the aluminum cap on the exterior wood molding and sills also went smoothly and the final exterior appearance of the windows and capping is very good. The installers removed all old windows and other large debris from my property; however, the installation produced many small wood scraps and slivers of aluminum that managed to escape their clean up. In summary, the final installation meets all my expectations for appearance. The new windows operate smoothly and are already making a noticeable difference in my interior environment (exterior noise suppression). It is too soon to determine if the new windows are producing the expected energy savings.

Every time I called to resolve the issue, they were incredibly ugly to me. They told me I was the only person ever to have complained about their service. I now have mold and mildew growing all over my bathroom. There are water stains on every ceiling in my house. The last hard rain we had, a bubble formed on the ceiling and water was running down the sides of the walls. A man from Enloe came out that day and told me that I should not worry, the ceiling would be fixed, the roof replaced, and I would be refunded for all the damage that had occurred from this. I contacted them again to find out when I would be reimbursed and was told by Warren that I would receive no reimbursement, no new roof or any work that had been promised. Warren said the man who came out to my house did not have the authority to tell me those things. The only thing they did to fix this situation is come to my house and screw tarps to my roof, that are still there to this day. I am living on disability and this has been a complete nightmare with them. I cannot even move throughout my house because of the resulting mess and this company is acting as if I am in the wrong here.

On the 25th of September 2013, I received an estimate to install gutters with leaf guards on the back of my house. Since I was getting other estimates I held off having them installed. I called back to the company on about 30 September I called to accept the offer and was informed I would have to call the representative who gave the estimate (I did not have the phone number of the estimator and they finally provided that). I then called the estimator, left a voice message and waited for a call back. Later that day I got the call back and asked to have the gutters installed. He had to go back to his office to find the estimate and called back later. He indicated that it would take a few days to get it scheduled. Today, 31 October 2013 (about one month later), Enloe called my cell phone and left a voice message indicating they would install the gutters on 8 November 2013. First of all, they did not ask when I would like them installed but simply set a date. They then called again on my house phone and asked for an install date. This was after the cell phone voice message. I informed them that I no longer wanted their services since it required them a month to get back with a schedule. They promptly hung up the phone. There was no apology or even a and quot;we're sorry.and quot; There was no explanation as to why it required them a month to set a date. Enloe in this area is part of Southern Siding and they have been advertising all of October about their gutter systems and how great they are. They indicated they would provide a and quot;gift cardand quot; to all who called and scheduled an estimate. I'm not sure if they simply wanted me to go to Southern Siding in lieu of the name Enloe. Overall they are not worth their rating.

It was alright, but I had to call them back because I had leak last month. They came back and repaired it, so far it's been ok.

They were not pushy and they were very fair. I was very satisfied with the windows. I would highly recommend him.

They just do a great job, the salesman is very nice.

Both times they were punctual and very efficient. The gutters did their job perfectly and are easy to keep clean and they look great on the house. I wish I would have done this years ago. I would recommend them to anyone.

All went well, returned promptly for a minor repair.

The service was excellent. I was happy with their responsivess and how easy they were to work with. This was the second time I have used them and would continue to recommend them in the future.

These guys were very easy to work with and did what they said they would do. I've used them multiple times because of the excellent service I have received.

They were very efficient. They performed their duties. I had problems with the roof leaking, but they fixed that. I had used them 12 years before, when I first bought my house. They installed covered gutters then. I have used them twice.
