Chris from First Class Plumbing was great. Very responsive to phone calls. Flexible with his visits. He came in and completed the work with no issues. His cost was great (about $300 less than the other contractors) and we have hired him to complete additional work in our house.

Chris was prompt in initial contact, answering follow-up questions, and for the appointment. He is pleasant and willing to answer questions about the work being performed. The installation of the exterior faucet bibb is professional. I would hire him for additional projects.

First Class Plumbing responded to my Service Request promptly and was able to start the job on my plumbing issue the next day. They were straight forward and kept my informed throughout the whole process. I would recommend them for any type of plumbing repairs, and plan on using them in the future for some additional plumbing work that I have planned in the near future.
