I am in Franklin, MA. I broke the shower arm that goes into the wall of the shower and anticipated $$$ in repairs. I called this company at 515pm Tuesday, Chris picks up says its no biggie and was super professional and reassuring. He showed up at 8am, charged what he said he would (very affordable), and was out by 830. I thought this was a project and he had a special tool. He even gave other advise. You can tell Chris is a good guy. Highly recommended. I hope I don't need him but if I do, I have no reason to call anyone else.

Chris was excellent! Great work and a really great price! He was honest, fast, and friendly. I was amazed that on a Friday afternoon he called me back and came over and did the job for half what another plumper quoted me. half. I was extremely HAPPY!

I booked the appointment online I received a call within 10 minutes of me scheduling. He said he was in the neighborhood and wanted to know if he could stop by. I said yes and he was at my door within 5 minutes. He checked the job and because it was a small job he fix the problem right away.
