I had The Red Carpet Company here today to clean my air ducts and I can not say enough good about this company. My wife had been saying for some time that she wanted to have the air duct cleaned but I just kept putting it off. So when she reminded me I immediately went to Angies list and did my research for this project. I read the reports from other customers and made my decision to use the Red Carpet Company. I called and talked to Ed who explained what would be done and who would be coming to do the job. John arrived a few days later and prepared an estimate for doing what I needed to have done and gave me a printed copy. I then called back and set an appointment to have the job done on 11/3/2011. John arrived early as I was the 1st service call and immediately went to work. He came in with a oversize shop vac removed all covers and reisters and cleaned all of the discharges and returns for the simple fact that I had never had these cleaned before. We went into the cellar where accessways were cut where needed and he continued to clean the system. As part of the process the installed filter for the heating system was removed and the duct was cleaned in he opposite direction to ensure a complete job. At the completion of the cleaning I had the Sanitizing spray introduced into the duct work which just adds another level to the overall job. All of the accessways were professional sealed and all debri was picked up and discarded. The paperwork was then completed for the price as originally described and we were now completely done. John the technician who did this service call was extremely professional and very concerning as he was doing this call. It is the first time we used them and they did a good job but they had a different cleaning method. It seemed pretty good but I kind of think the deep carpet cleaning with the truck mounted wash gets the dirt out better. They were competitively priced and I will use them again in the future.

They were exceptional and I was very pleased. The price was very reasonable. The individual who did the work was very outgoing and friendly. He told us what he was going to do and showed up exactly on time. Everything came out fine and I would highly recommend them. We will use their services again in the future.

I had The Red Carpet Co. clean my air ducts, which had not been cleaned in quite some time. I had a coupon for $50 off, so I thought that I would give them a try. I got an estimate from them 10 months ago and they honored the estimate that they gave me. They showed up on time with two technicians, one was training the other. The duct cleaning was completed but the condition that they left my home in was not professional at all. I had just had the entire house painted and after they completed their work, I noticed many areas, particularly on the baseboards and walls where the vents are located that were scratched, cracked and extremely dirty. The floor and wall vents were also not replaced correctly. Also, I had not used my central are for a few weeks and when I turned it on, I noticed that my house was not cooling too quickly. When I checked the basement, I found that they had removed one of the large vents that was located by the furnace and not replaced it. It was left on top of the furnace. The basement was very cool! So, while they may have cleaned my air ducts, I don't feel like I got my money's worth out of this service based on the lack of detail that they placed on the job completion. They should have cleaned the mess that they made, replaced all of the vents correctly and repaired any damage that they may have caused. After playing phone tag with Ed from Red Carpet, he finally reached me and sent out the original technician to check out my complaints. Ed was resilient in his attempts at contacting me to fix the situation. It was obvious that this company prides itself on customer service and was very concerned with my review and wanted to resolve the issue. The technician, John, came back to check out the job. He took responsibility for the mistakes that were made and went above and beyond in fixing everything before he left. He re-caulked a baseboard in the bathroom, secured all of the vents that were not replaced correctly and painted all of the baseboards that were scratched. John was fantastic! He told me that he was training an individual while doing the work at my house and unfortunately trusted him to do the cosmetic work correctly without checking (the trainee never made it out of training). I am positive that if John had done the work himself, I would not have had any complaints. In addition, the Red Carpet Company was having difficulties with it's phone system when I made my complaint. If I was able to get in touch with them initially, I would have never given them a bad review because I am sure that they would have promptly came back out. I would definitely hire this company again based on their outstanding customer service!

Great! Wish it wasn't so expensive (carpet cleaning in general), but you get what you pay for, for sure!!!!!!!!!

The guy who came down and cleaned the ducts also sent a scope down the ducts for me to see the before and after effect. I must say there was quite a difference and I would recommend this job to anyone who has forced hot air and AC type of situation. I found this company easy to deal with and very friendly. they did a great job. they take pride in their business and as a fellow business owner, I tip my hat to them. They do an excellent job and probably better than most. But they are more expensive. They charged per room. It was a good experience. If I had more money in my budget, I might call them in maybe every year. They were worth just what they charged. They were punctual. They had good people come over. The quality of work was excellent.

Great! Eric was there right on time and set to work. He worked straight through and was there for about 3-4 hours. He did a great job and the carpets look new. I no longer have any fear about letting my kids play on the carpets!

It was good. They did a good job on what they did. They moved some of the furniture and I moved the little stuff. They moved it back. I couldn't count on the estimate they gave me over the phone.

They were excellent. We found this company on Angie's List. We would definitely recommend them. It was a good deal. They explained everything very well. They were also right on time. They were very professional.

I spent about $500 on the job. They were very good. I did not have any issues with them. I will use them again in the future.

The recliners are heavy fabric, but were in good shape cleanliness wise. The dining room chairs have white seats which were extremely dirty from kids. They are beautiful again. The love seats had a LOT of dark staining on the floral pattern fabric from dogs that like to sleep on them. It took quite a bit of work, and I thought I was going to have to throw them out, but they look fantastic! Great job.

Our carpets hadn't been cleaned since they were installed which was quite a few years ago. Red Carpet Company was able to get me on the schedule within about a week or 10 days. They arrived on schedule and were very accommodating as we needed to access a couple of the rooms during the cleaning process. The introductory 30% off is a great deal. There's a couple things they didn't tell me on the phone and in hindsight, I think it would have been good to know them ahead of time. First, they add in $15.00 for a Service Call. It's not a huge deal but would have been nice to know about. Second, they offer a Savings Plan. A one-time $10 fee provides you with 20% off for any future service. Also, that $10 retainer is refundable at any time. So, I thought that was a no-brainer. The last thing is that they ask you for 6-8 references. I'm always leery about giving names and numbers to companies because I don't want my friends to be 'bothered'. However, when I realized that they did a great job and gave a great discount, I felt like I was doing my friends and family a favor by recommending them to Red Carpet. I highly recommend this company.

Tommy, our technician, arrived a few minutes early at the home of my elderly mother. He informed us, with no pressure, of other services offered by the company and I chose to have the kitchen floor stripped and waxed as well as the dryer vent cleaned. The kitchen floor came out great and my mother was pleased to have her kitchen floor looking next to new. The dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in 8 years and it was amazing to see what came out of there. No wonder there are so many dryer fires. I chose to have the same service at my house as well. As we were expecting from the reviews we had read, the carpet and furniture looked brand new when the job was completed. Since we added services the technician would have been late for his next appointment but Tommy informed us the Company would send another technician to that customer and he would stay with us until our needs were completely met. What a great job he did!!!

Wish there were higher scoring choices than 5, I would rate the whole experience as a 5+++ From my initial call to the last paperwork step, can't say enough positive remarks about Red Carpet. Ed and Eric were most professional, courteous and friendly. I will highly recommend this service to everyone!!

Both Mr Driscoll, the owner, and John, the serviceman were great to deal with. Professional and accomadating. When done, the ducts were clean, and no sign of their intrusion. Very careful and paid attention to details.

I am very pleased with them. They are young, strong and pleasant. They really get the carpets clean, especially considering I have pet hair to deal with. Their prices are reasonable. It was an 8 by 10 carpet, and they charged me a service fee of $15 for coming to the site and a $40 minimum. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future if necessary.

I booked the appointment for arrival between 8:00am and Noon. Someone from the main office called at 8:00 and explained that the technician would arrive in about 20 minutes, which he did. The tech walked through the house with me, confirmed what I needed, and asked about trouble spots. We have a cat that has been spraying, so I had concerns about odor and stains in several areas. The tech paid special attention to those areas and worked very h****** them. It took him three and a half hours to complete the job, but he was working the entire time. I was very pleased with the results, especially since he got some tough stains out that I thought were permanent. I reported on this company a year ago, with very positive reviews. My only complaint then was that they did a bit of a hard sell on estimates for cleaning other items. However, I'm now glad that they did those estimates. I referred to last year's estimates to clean upholstery, and Red Carpet honored those prices. The job was finished at Noon, and upholstery was dry by the evening. Carpet was dry by the next morning.

It went great from start to finish. On time and did not rush the job did the best he could with what needed to be done including cleaning up glue mess left behind by the paper hanger, Moved and and replaced all the furniture. He was great and did a lot. and kept working on it till we were happy with the work. Thank you for a great service tec. to do the Job. Next time we need anything done i will ask for Tom. It went very well. Asked for an estimate on-line. Received a call back the next day. I was left a voicemail that stated to return the call. If I could not they would have a night time representative call me that evening. They did explained everything gave an estimate and set uo appointment for me. I was told between 12 a 4 on Friday 6/25. At 1:50 they arrived once again explained everyhting measured and told me exactly what it would cost. The area to be cleaned was slightly bigger but the estimate and actual cost were within 5 dollars. I was very staisfied. The service representatives were very polite and professional. The cleaning was far superior than previous companies I have used. Only one minor complaint is that I asked the clerk who set the appointment if I could get a phone call when the service truck was on the way. That did not happen but other than that they did everything they promised and did it well. I will use this compant again.

I requested an estimate online after reading positive reviews on Angie's list. I rec'd a phone call back within 24 hours with an estimate. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the cleaning quickly.l was told that I wouldn't even need to vacumn the couches first because they take care of everything. Eric, from the company, arrived on time, explained everything including options for dry or foam cleaning and then performed the cleaning. It took several hours from start to finish and the couches look like new. He also measured other rooms in the house to give a price for carpet cleaning. There was absolutely no pressure to commit to those services, but it's great to have it all in writing. I'm sure I'll have the carpets cleaned later this summer because the prices look great and now I know that the service is excellent too.

They are real pro's. I am very pleased with the work they did. They did a magnificent job, including a lot of handwork to lighten the stains. They were polite, quiet, and on time. They measured every carpeted room in my home so that if I ever wanted them to come back they would be able to give me an estimate based on the square footage. They provided me with a first time customer discount, and they were significantly less expensive than any other quotes I received.
