Joe and John from The Red Carpet Company demonstrated an above and beyond service for me in preparation for a house showing. I needed work done quickly after another contractor cancelled on me a week before a house showing. The manager, Ed, was able to send Joe and John out the day after I called them to provide an estimate and within days, they returned to perform the work I needed done.

Very professional and thorough with the technician also providing valuable tips and advice as well. Duct cleaning is priced by the number of vents in your home. They were having a spring special that made the price per vent even more affordable. Work done was clean and precise.

I wanted to find a company that would be able to move my refrigerator and stove when they came to clean the kitchen floor. The Red Carpet Company handled it no problem! Gerry and Joe were very friendly and professional. The floor looks great and hasn't been this clean in years. The cost was in line with the estimate I received on the phone. The owner called a few days later to check that I was happy with the work. I would definitely use them again.

We were thrilled with the whole job. The room is 20' x 16' and we thought that the $154 price was reasonable The man who came to clean our carpet was right on time, friendly and did a thorough job. There were some areas I was concerned about and he spent extra time on them and the finished job exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them in the future.

Honestly, I had no expectations as the home is old (as is the carpet). Not a big job. Just purchased the home and wanted them cleaned, anticipating perhaps a bit brighter than their current state. I was more than surprised at how clean they’ve become and the stains that disappeared. Arrived on time and explained the process and was very professional. Took about one hour. Would definitely hire again.

It was fabulous! They came out on time and their work was exceptional. I have two little dogs and they made themselves right at home with the dogs, which lowered my stress levels. Prices were on target!

It went well, they did clean it but there was a lot of particles left in the ducts that took another week until I changed the filter

My cat had peed on my carpet and the smell would accumulate. Red carpet came during the week, cleaned 2 carpets and a sofa. Nice job, but the carpet still smelled. I called them, they came back and applied some more pet cleaner, left me a bottle. The smell has decreased substantially.

Retuned call within one hour. Jason arrived a few minutes early and worked the entire time. Professional, courteous, polite.

Initially the company was scheduled to arrive at the property on a Thursday between 12 and 2. I arrived at the property at 11:45 and immediately discovered that my key would not open the door. I called to cancel the visit and, even though they were already on a job in a nearby neighborhood, they were very gracious about the last-minute cancellation. I was not quite so lucky with the next attempt to have the job completed. The company said they would be at my rental property between 2 and 4 and then called to say they would arrive between 2:45 and 3:30. When they called at 5:09 to say that they were on the way, I had already left the property. HOWEVER, I have given Red Carpet a good review because they immediately agreed to return on a date of my choosing -- and did not flinch when I picked a date and then called to reschedule because of a tenant's time conflict. The cleaning was thorough and the technician, Gerry, explained everything that he was doing. In the end, I was very pleased and will hire this company again.

Great. They were timely and professional

I provided a phone number for my tenant and my credit card number. The service options were explained to me, I made my choice, the work got done without any further involvement.

Multistep process. They don't use "steam" or "hot water" cleaning. It was more of a dry shampoo system. We have 2 large dogs, so the carpet had a lot of use and smelled of dog. They were able to get the smell and stains out. It was better than another company that we used, which did use the "steam/hot water" system.

I like their service. It usually takes about two hours. One person came out and he was very nice. He moved the furniture and he put the little pads under the legs of the furniture so that it wouldn't discolor the rugs. He cleaned up the stains. It turned out very nice.

They were nice, reasonably competent, reasonably inexpensive people. We used them fairly regularly until my husband ripped up our carpet. They weren't spectacular. They didn't get every little stain out of your carpet. But they did kind of a good, decent, uniform job. They would put little protectors under your furniture, so it was up from your carpet while your carpet dried. They pretty uniformly had pleasant people who did the job and it seemed efficient. Pretty much all the things that you'd want. I wouldn't say they were the world's most wonderful, but they were very sufficient. It usually looked really, really good when you went in right after they had done it, then it would drive and sometimes you'd see places and think, 'I kind of wish they'd done a little more there'. Overall, I'd say it was good. Responsiveness - they were really good. They were really good with punctuality, too. Professionalism was their best quality. They had people who were very friendly and professional, patient. People on the phone were patient. I'm sure I was annoying as a customer because I have two chronically ill kids, so sometimes I have to call them and say, 'I'm sorry, I can't, I have to go to the ER," or something. They were always really good about that.

The company representatives were very professional and explained exactly what the service included. The service they provided was excellent!

I was able to get an appointment in the knick of time. A nice young man did a professional cleaning job and worked hard to successfully remove the stains. I was mighty pleased. And, yes, one guest opted to enter through the garage that evening!
