Having never used Angie's List before I wanted to make the best choice and I definitely chose wisely. The Red Carpet Company is a top quality company, prompt, responsive, courteous, and doing an excellent job on everything you hire them for. Our technician Eric was excellent. I would highly recommend this company for all your needs. You should feel confident using this company as it is one of the best I've ever worked with. Will always use them in the future.

From the time they returned our call to the time the gentleman was finished it was a wonderful experience. This is a "class A" company with excellent service and I would recommend them to everyone. The gentleman who came went right to work, we had never had the ducts done in our home but after 12 years we thought we should have them done. He came in and inspected and actually said they were not bad at all and gave me the option of waiting or going ahead. I decided that the fact that he wasn't pushing me to have them done that I would do them and we were both glad because a couple of them after he got in had more dust then we thought. Our family has been sneezing tremendously over the past few years and since we have had this done the sneezing has basically stopped and the air smells cleaner, I would do it all over again. Then he started on the floors and took great care of the cabinets not to scuff them and actually got on his hands and knees to put the sealer down. I was more surprised that during the day that he was here which had to be one of the hottest days we have had this summer he didn't take a lunch break or hardly stopped. What a gem for an employee who represents the company great! A couple of days later, the owner called to make sure everything was ok and did I have any questions. I said no but I wanted him to know how pleased we were with his service. We will definitely be using them again and I have told many people about them as well.

The time he came and cleaned my carpet, things went well and I was happy with the results. The second time they came out to my home was to clean my sofa. One person was supposed to come but he got delayed in Mass. and someone else came and ended up doing the job. In the meantime, the original guy showed up, but did nothing but watch his co-worker work. I'm glad guy number one got delayed and I got guy number two because guy number one wasn't even going to vacuum my sofa before cleaning it. He just started taking the pillows off until guy number two told him that they needed to be vacuumed before cleaning. If I need their service again, I know who to ask for (guy number two). So my overall ratings and price are for the two jobs together.

My dog was sprayed by a skunk while a friend was taking care of her. I arranged the cleaning. My friend tells me they did an excellent job and the smell has disappeared. They were very responsive and professional!

I think The Red Carpet Company did a good job, but it could have been better. He was a good person, but I thought the carpet could've came out cleaner, like the edges. Their prices were reasonable for what I could remember and he was punctual.

The technician who provided the quote also came back to perform the work. He first removed the covers off of all the air ducts. Then he cleaned each one with a brush and vacumn and replaced the covers. We agreed to the microbial spray to help deter mold growth. The house smelled fresh and clean afterwards. It took about four hours. It was a lot of work. The price was fair and the technician was polite, courteous and made sure everything was back to where it was when he arrived. We were very pleased with the result.

I was very impressed by the fact that Ed gave me a small window of time (2 hours) during which the technician would be at the house. He called again to let me know more precisely when Gerrry, the technician would arrive. Gerry was very professional, informative and curteous. He was a perfectionist and up to the challenge of removing the black ink stains. Although he had cautioned me that he may not be able to remove the stains, given their nature, when he finished up the rug looked amazing! The stains were completely gone and there was no discoloration. He definitely bought us another several years of use out of this carpet and made us lifetime customers!

They not only arrived on time but called ahead to let me know someone was on the way. They gave a quote before they started and it was the best price I had found to date. They did a through job and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely call on them in the future.

The two gentlemen that were here were extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They did a great job.

They work the house with us. We can show them the spots wherever it is and they do the job. They are very nice, whoever they send, they are very polite and I will stay with them. They have a friendly service. They always send somebody who is friendly. They tell us about all their services and they don't push. They have good prices.

John was on time and very professional. He went over what I wanted done and explained other options available to me,such as scotch guard, along with the prices. My 30 + years old carpets looked brand new. During his work, he heard an alarm going off in my husband's bedroom. For some reason my beeper didn't go off and because of the noise of the vacumn, I didn't hear the machine alarming. He told me right away and I rushed in to find my husband disconnected from his ventillator and gasping for breath. I cannot give John high praise enough for his actions which literally saved my husband's life. Needless to say, I would not hesitate to use this company again for their high quality of service/price and attention to details.

I have had lots of carpet and upholstery cleaners over the years, but Red Carpet stands out for doing the best job I have ever seen. In addition, the person who came was kind, diligent, and amazingly thorough. I will definitely use their services again, and have already recommended them to friends.

I'm very pleased with the work that was done. John was punctual, knowledgeable, neat, careful, and personable. The first thing he did was walk around the house counting the vents and returns in order to provide a final price for the job. John's price matched exactly what I was told on the phone when I booked the job. The work was thorough and performed carefully. There was no cleanup needed after John left. He also vacuumed the electrostatic filter on my heater and demonstrated his knowledge of the technology. John presented me with the option of cleaning the dryer vent. He gave me the price and showed me the condition inside the vent before I made my decision. I feel more comfortable knowing that the vent is clean and safe. It was worth the price. John found that the air ducts were not tremendously dirty, but there has been a noticeable improvement in my allergies since the service and I am breathing easier. I highly recommend this company.

They were excellent. They tried very hard to remove coffee stains from a light colored and were not completely successful at that, but everything else was all right. I do not fault them for not being able to remove the coffee stains.

The process went extremely well. John explained the process and quoted the price before he started. We have over 40 vents in our system on 3 floors. John explained that in order to reach all sections of the ductwork he would have to cut a whole in various areas of the ductwork so that he could scrub it all with his brushing system. This was executed flawlessly- completely patching and sealing points of penetration. John worked with Eric who seamlessly prepared areas then cleaned and put all vents back together. Their working partnership provided an efficient management and execution of the job. The job took about 5 hours. We never expected how dirty things could really be. This completely changed the overall "smell" of the air in our home- no odor at all.

Worker arrived as scheduled and performed review of all rugs to be cleaned along with additional rugs not scheduled. He explained how to determine if cleaning was needed. Offered promotional price and care for wool rugs and hand woven rugs.

I had gotten estimates from multiple reputable companies, and Red Carpet Co came in the lowest. I was concerned at first, because they are not members of the National Air Duct Cleaning Association. However, after researching the Rotobrush method that they use, my mind was put at ease. I had been told that John would arrive at my house between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and my doorbell rang at about 7:55. So I would definitely give them an A+ for punctuality. John had a very professional demeanor without being stiff (he felt like a family friend). He laid down drop-cloths to protect our carpet from his shoes, and after a walk-through of the house to confirm the estimate given over the phone, he immediately got to work. The entire process took him just under 3 hours. He gave us some before & after pictures of the ducts, and there was definitely a noticeable difference. I was somewhat disappointed in that he had to use his cell phone to take the pictures (the video equipment he would normally use was broken). One of our register covers was so tightly secured that he was unable to remove it, so he deducted the cost of that vent from the total cost. All in all, I was pleased with our experience. We do plan on using Red Carpet Co to have our ducts cleaned in the future, although that won't be needed again for a few years.
