I have used Red Carpet several times, and always like them. This time, I could not be home, and the technician did not understand the request to clean the hardwood floors, but when I called to complain, the company quickly arranged to send someone else, and they completed the floors. I don't usually have them steam wood floors, but this was a special need.

Red Carpet is an exceptional company. They are responsive, punctual & care for my home as their own.

No issues at all. Everything went very smoothly. The worker was very professional and explained why and how everything was going to be done. Left all rooms cleaner than he found them. I highly recommend their services.

Service team was professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned the area rug by hand and cleaned the entryway which had been soiled that day even though it wasn't part of the original call.

They were very responsive; called me back within 24 hours and came out the following day. The dryer duct is very long and was extremely full. The gentlemen did a thorough job, was punctual, polite and professional. I will use them again next year.

Red Carpet came for an estimate and owner followed up in a polite manner. I booked them and through a miscommunication thought I didn't hear back (they were communicating through Angie's List and I was expecting a phone call). We got it sorted out and owner was very apologetic. Team arrived extremely on time and began working. My vents hadn't been cleaned in ages and were pretty gross. They took care of it and even helped us with our heating filter (we had it in wrong and when they turned the heat on to check the air flow, all kinds of debris came flying out!). All was taken care with a smile and we are very satisfied with the service.

The manager and his staff is fantastic. They are polite, they truly care about their customers and they do fantastic work. I would recommend hiring them.

They moved the furniture and did the cleaning. They were very good. They put the little tinfoil pieces under the leg of furniture when they moved it back. They were here at least a couple of hours. There was no odor or dampness on the rug when they were done. It was very good and didn't leave any odors. I have dogs and I don't like for myself or for them to have odors. It wasn't a super wet technology; it wasn't the hose. They spray and buff around and clean it up with the spray, as opposed to soaking it with something. They used little spray bottles. It worked.

The work that was performed exceeded my expectations. Red Carpet did a SUPER job! In one of my rooms I have a beige/white carpet that I never thought would get clean, but Red Carpet did it - they got it clean - yeah!! The service man was personable, professional, and completely trustworthy. I would highly recommend this company, you will be satisfied.

I was impressed from the beginning with Red Carpet Company. After putting in a request through Angie's List, they contacted me the next morning. I had already been turned down by multiple companies because our dryer was on the second floor. I was assured by Red Carpet Company that having a dryer on the second floor would not be a problem. We then set up an appointment for the entire service. I received a post card in the mail and a phone call confirming the service. When I called to let them know I was running late, I was reassured it would be OK. The customer service was just outstanding. Eric and Gerry met me in my driveway, introduced themselves and got to work right away. They answered all my questions, informed of things that may be helpful and overall went above and beyond. I was so pleased with the work they did and feel so much safer in my house after having my dryer vent cleaned. It likely was never cleaned; Eric went the extra yard and actually made an additional access point in the dryer vent to ensure the cleaning was complete. I would highly recommend their service and will call them again.

The serviceman was Eric. He arrived promptly and was well equipped to do the job. He measured the length of the tubing to be cleaned and established a price within the range provided on the telephone at the time of the initial contact with Ed Driscoll. The work was completed fairly quickly, thoroughly. I was very impressed. I definitely recommend The Red Carpet Company.

We contacted Red Carpet over Memorial Day weekend and received a return phone call Tuesday morning. Great responsiveness. The office staff was very open and direct about costs and even made us aware of a new customer discount (30%) that was applicable in conjunction with the Angie's list coupon. The technician (Eric) arrived on time, reviewed the job and asked about any specific needs or expectations. He also reviewed costs and discounts which were 100% consistent with our phone discussion. Unlike other providers, there were no hidden costs or any effort to sell additional services. Eric moved all furniture, replaced it, and did a wonderful job. The carpets and sofa look great. We highly recommend Red Carpet Company, we couldn't be happier.

They were very professional. The employee went out of his way to find the outdoor vent and move some furniture to have access to it from the basement.

I called Friday and was able to get an appointment right away (the following Monday). The customer service/receptionist was great she gave me an estimate for the job and was able to schedule it quickly. Eric was the tech and he arrived on time and was extremely professional and personable. We walked through the house and he listed all the vents, then we went downstairs to complete the list and he gave me the actual price that was pretty much the same as the estimate. He explained everything that he was going to do then started right in after that. It took quite a while as Eric was very thorough. Furniture had to be moved and put back. Eric was very neat and replaced everything as he had found it. I am very, very happy with the work that was done, the company and the technician. I will hire them again when the vents need cleaning.

Staff were particularly careful and did a super job. After my carpeting cleaning was completed, the colors "popped" and looked beautiful! Very professional and courteous!

They cleaned my carpets as well as 3 area rugs. They were prompt, professional, and very nice. I have used them in the past and will use them again in the future.

I have owned my Lakeville MA house for approx two years and I am confident the air vents have never been cleaned. I arranged for the Red Carpet Company to clean my air ducts after reading the reviews on Angie's List. I called the company on the morning scheduled to narrow down the time frame and was given a more precise time. The Service tech arrived within that time. He (Steve) was very courteous and professional. He explained every step of the process in detail to my satisfaction. He was there for over three hours and when the job was complete I felt very satisfied. I believe the job had been thorough and I had gotten my money's worth from this service. The man was extremely professional and punctual and did a very good job. There are stains on the carpet which he wasn't able to get out, but its a very light carpet with some wear and tear.

They were very reasonably priced. They did a terrific job and came on time. Several people come into our house and they like how good the carpets look. They gave me a time and they showed up on that time. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. What stood out to me about them was how clean they got the carpets.
