The capet cleaner came a few minutes early. Which was fine. It was explained to me that the paint might not come up at all. He worked hard to get the paint out, but some just wouldn't come out, but all the heavy stains came out. He then cleaned the 2 recliners. 1 was heaverly stained and the other wasn't to bad. When he finished both chairs looked like new.

They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. There were two gentlemen, although they explained that there is usually only one on a job like this. One got right to work while the other explained the process. They moved all of the furniture except a china cabinet and entertainment center. They were able to get out all of the pet stains that I hadn't been able to remove completely with spot cleaner. They finished the job in less than two hours. (It may have taken longer with only one technician.) The carpet was completely dry in 7 hours. (They estimated five but explained that it may take longer, since they had to apply a lot of pet enzyme.)

They were excellent. They cost a little bit more, but they give you coupons each time, and the quality of the work is worth the cost. They do a very thorough job and their customer service is excellent. The end result was a fine job and the carpets were very clean.

John came to my house and moved the furniture away from the area rugs. He then did an extremely thourough job and cleaned them beautifully. He was very careful not to damage my hardwood floors and wiped around the edges of each carpet when he finished to be sure there was no liquid on my floors. He was very professional and also very pleasant.

The service went very well overall. We were able to schedule the cleaning within a business day of us calling. We then needed to reschedule, but they were accommodating. The technician arrived as promised and worked for a solid 3 hours. There were some stains, both in the carpets and the sofas, that came out. We are very pleased with the work.

Gave good detailed estimate and spent about 4 hours. Just surprised how expensive carpet cleaning is these days, but felt he did a very good job. I received what I paid for.

I initially requested an estimate via the company's online site. The request was submitted on a weekend and on Monday there was already a call-back with a quote. We were able to schedule the cleaning at my convenience. John, the cleaning technician, arrived about 10 minutes ahead of the "window." He was pleasant, professional, competent and did a wonderful job explaining the whole process. And he did a terrific job cleaning the carpets and sofa. John is a great ambassador for Red Carpet.

I called and made an appointment and they came on time, but they don't move furniture, but they did move the recliners. They don't move any electronics. The rug is 35 years old and it wasn't regularly maintained, but I did see an improvement. The nap was brought back up. It was alot cleaner.

The two guys who came were extremely friendly and the room looked great after they left!

We are very pleased with their work. They were prompt, very professional and spent a lot of time making sure the work was done well. I was especially pleased with the cleaning of the carpet in the lower level of our new home. This is a light coloured carpet that was so dirty that I had quite low expectations. John from Red Carpet spent a lot of time in that room and it looks far better than I thought was possible. We will definitely call Red Carpet the next time we need carpets or upholstery cleaned.

MY WIFE SAID THAT EVERYTHING WENT REALLY GOOD. I WASN'T HERE WHEN THEY CAME, BUT SHE DIDN'T COMPLAIN TO ME ABOUT THEM, AND SHE IS HAPPY WITH HOW EVERYTHING LOOKS. I THINK THE CARPETS LOOK GOOD TOO.

THEY WERE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY DEFINITELY DID A QUALITY JOB ON THE CARPET. IT HAS LOOKED GOOD SINCE THEY LEFT AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT WHEN I CALLED THEM. I WOULD REFER THEM TO FRIENDS.

TO BE HONEST, I WOULD GO WITH A COMPANY THAT CAN CLEAN WITH A DEEPER STEAM SYSTEM. THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS ALRIGHT, BUT IT WAS NOT THAT GREAT. I THINK THEY WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER IF THE BASEMENT HAD NOT FLOODED THE WEEK BEFORE.

THEY DID AN OKAY JOB. THEY GOT EVERYTHING REALLY CLEAN, BUT I WAS JUST A LITTLE SURPRISED THAT THEY DIDN'T HONOR A COUPON THAT I HAD. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS REALLY GOOD.

MY WIFE WAS THE ONE THAT DEALT WITH THEM, AND I NEVER HEARD HER COMPLAIN ONCE. IF SHE WOULD OF BEEN UNHAPPY WITH THEM SHE WOULD OF LET ME KNOW. WHEN I GOT HOME, THE FURNITURE LOOKED REALLY NICE. I LIKED HOW FLUFFY IT WAS.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. I WAS ALSO IMPRESSED WITH HOW WELL AND QUICKLY THEY DID THE JOB. THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY. I COULDN'T OF PICKED A BETTER COMPANY.

I HAVE A RUG SHAMPOOER HERE, BUT I WANTED TO SEE HOW GOOD THE PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES ARE. I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. I DON'T THINK I COULD HAVE REMOVED SPOT STAINS AS WELL AS THEY DID.

THE PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER, BUT ALL COMPANIES ARE PRETTY EXPENSIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE NICE AND COURTEOUS. THEY PUT THINGS BACK WHERE THEY BELONGED.

THEY COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. THEY WERE ALSO FRIENDLY. I JUST FELT THAT THEY DIDN'T GET MY CARPET THAT CLEAN.

I USE THEM EVERY YEAR TO CLEAN MY CARPETS. THE CARPET LOOKS GOOD LONG AFTER THEY ARE DONE WITH THE JOB. THEY NEVER OVERCHARGE ME AND ALWAYS SEEM GLAD TO SEE US WHEN THEY COME TO THE HOUSE.

WE HAVE SMALL CHILDREN, SO THERE WERE ALL SORTS OF STAINS ON THE FURNITURE. THEY WERE ABLE TO TREAT BOTH THE RECLINER AND SOFA, SO ALL OF THE STAINS WERE REMOVED. I PLAN ON USING THEM REGULARLY NOW.

THEY ALWAYS GIVE YOU A GOOD DISCOUNT. AFTER THE FIRST TIME THAT WE USED THEM THEY STARTED CALLING US EVERY TIME THEY ARE RUNNING A PROMOTION. WE ARE ABLE TO SAVE MONEY THIS WAY.

THEY WERE ABLE TO DEEP CLEAN AND REMOVE SOME STAINS THAT HAD BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. I THOUGHT THEY DID A REALLY WONDERFUL JOB ON THE CARPETS. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THE CARPETS LOOK LIKE NEW.
