Description of Work: Cleaned and deodorized carpeting in five rooms plus two recliners using non-toxic products. I have used their services in the past and have always been more than satisfied. Their technicians are thorough, professional and hardworking, and I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Air duct cleaning. I contacted this company after reading good reviews on this site. The woman who answered the phone was very courteous and polite. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone, based on the number of ducts in the home. She was up front and told me that they may have to make some cut-ins and that that would cost and extra $45.00 per cut-in. I was also informed that it would take 2 to 3 hrs. to perform the work, based on the number of ducts. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They even sent me a reminder card in the mail. The 2 technicians arrived within the 2 hr. window that I was given. Unfortunately, I was not able to be present when the work was done. However, my husband was and he said that they were very professional, polite and knew what they were doing. They took care of everything and he did not have to do anything. 1 technician worked on the main floor, removing the grates, cleaning the duct work. The other worked in the basement. The job took about 2.5 hrs. A few days after the job was completed, they gave me a follow up call just to make sure I was satisfied. Total cost for 8 vents, 2 cut-ins, sanitizing treatment and service call fee, $320.00. That included a $10.00 discount. Would I use them again and recommend them? Absolutely!

Description of Work: Red Carpet Cleaned our air ducts. They did a very thorough job. The ducts were quite dirty and possibly have never been cleaned since our home was built in 2003. The job cost more then estimated, but we under estimated the number of vents we have. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: We hired them to clean our air ducts; we have a forced hot air system. I received a quote over the phone; there was some question about whether we had the proper cut outs; I received information that, if we did not have cut outs, that there would be a flat $ 45.00 charge. We counted the ducts (not counting the cut-outs) and arrived at an estimated price, plus the $ 45.00 charge if we did not have cut outs. When the installers came, they priced out the job counting the ducts and then assessing a $ 20.00 per cut out charge because we did have the cutouts. When I reviewed the bill the next day, I noticed the extra charges and spoke to the owner, who refunded half of the extra $ 80.00 charge, which I appreciated. Nevertheless, I suggested to the owner that, when giving a quote over the phone, that they try to communcate so clearly as not to be misunderstood. The men on the job did a good job in cleaning the ductwork, but they did not take the time to put some of the duct covers back properly.

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned all the duct system in my rental property. He then explained everything he had done to me. I was very impressed.

Description of Work: Amazing... Red Carpet came on time as planned to give an estimate for duct work cleaning. After spending 90 minutes helping us assess the problem/odor which required going into a crawl space under the house to examine the ducts as well as opening vents and examining the heater, I was told and shown that the ducts were spotless. No charge for the time that was given for my estimate and helpful consultation, all very much appreciated. Thank you Red Carpet.

Description of Work: Eric just left my house about an hour ago. My carpets look AMAZING!!!!! We were actually thinking it might be time to replace this carpet, but now it looks almost new! I called yesterday, needed someone ASAP and they can always accommodate! I paid almost 500 but have a very large house. CALL THEM, you will be glad you did! We have used them for four years----won't even consider using anyone else.
