Description of Work: Hired to clean carpet to get rid of pet dander/hair for new tenant that is allergic. Didn't really need the "cleaning,", explained more concerned about the pet dander/hair. They were very responsive and the workers were great, but I didn't find out until they were there that their equipment doesn't really extract pet hair. Instead, they use pet brush that they drag across carpet after cleaning to manually pull out hair...got some of the hair but by no means the most effective in my opinion. Would hire again for true carpet "clean" but maybe not when dealing w/pet hair.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets. Very professional. Stairs looked dirty after men left. Took a paper towel and blotted stairs. Paper towel was covered in brown. Just wish they paid more attention to heavy traffic areas. Guys did not have enough water in truck and I did not have a hose outside they could fill their truck with. Will never use them again.

Description of Work: They were great. I have used Stanley Steamer before and the results depend on the crew. Some are mediocre and some are super-good. I had Leo Diaz and Jean Villar and they did the best floor cleaning I've ever had from any cleaner. You can request the crew you want.

Description of Work: They cleaned my wall to wall carpeting in the living room, entry stairs going upstairs and downstairs(split level) and a hallway. They did an excellent job taking care that everything got taken care of. The carpets looked great when they were done. I had some bad stains they were able to get out. That was great. Carpet looks good as new.

Description of Work: Cleaned tile and grout in the kitchen and adjoining areas and carpeting on nearby stairway. Tile and grout appear fine. Riser sections of carpeting show linear vertical areas that are slightly lighter in color than the surrounding carpeting. Very subtle, and may reflect lack of colorfastness of carpeting in response to steam cleaning.
