Description of Work: Gutted and designed a new kitchen. I love my new kitchen. Exactly what I wanted and then some. Workers were neat and professional. Completed in a timely fashion. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Description of Work: This was one of several quotes to redo our bathrooms, very proffesional and polite. Plans were detailed as well as quote. Still waiting for other quotes before making decision on who will do the remodeling.

Description of Work: I bought two design packages intending to use one for my kitchen and one for my bathroom. However, the kitchen experience was, overall, mediocre at best and negative enough that I will not be using the second. Rob was difficult to get in touch with, he did not permit even one round of revisions (you get one shot to get your design right), and the final products (i.e. plan and renderings) were very poor quality... He wouldn't send me them as high resolution PDF files but rather scanned and emailed them to me so that they are very hard to read. Wish I could get my money back for both or at least the unused bathroom design package.

Description of Work: We had them come and give us an estimate on two projects in the house we just bought. We did not go through with the projects because the cost was more than what we wanted to pay out. Maybe in the future we will be able to do it.

Description of Work: They built 1 bathroom, re did another bathroom and did general work in the house, including bookshelves, electrical and painting. They were extremely responsive, very high quality job. They were very sensitive to pricing and stayed within our budget. Furthermore they completed the work right on schedule!! I strongly recommend them.

Description of Work: Friends used for a bathroom remodel. She was very pleased with the service and results!!

Description of Work: Came to the house and discussed ideas and took measurements. Came back with several good ideas and drawings. Have discussed other options and fine tuning and hope to move forward. Very responsive and professional!

Description of Work: he came on one hour late and we had to call him 20 minutes after the appointment to find out why he wasn't on time. At the house he gave us a few helpful suggestions verbally but the offer was for renovation plans, we didn't receive them. Basically we paid $56 for a sales call.

Description of Work: Helped redesign dining room and deck area. Process is slow, but I am going to proceed with project and the team is very responsive and positive. The price is for the design work only. Contractor will proceed with project for approx. $30,000-$40,000 starting soon, I hope!

Description of Work: Met with the Owner/Representative of RI Design Build. He was pleasant, and personable. However, I was was expecting more experience, knowledge, and foresight in the ability to visualize a new upgraded kitchen.

Description of Work: Paid for a design for two rooms. I initially dropped the ball in scheduling the appt. My schedule is limited. I found it very difficult to find a time we were both available and it ended up being way too much effort. I received a design for one room with the agreement that we would do the second room afterwards. By that time it was more bother than it was worth.
