The removal of the old heater and installation of the new 40-gallon went flawlessly. Included in the price was a new expansion tank, pressure relief valve. pressure reducing valve, boiler tune-up, and relay. I had many questions prior to the installation and found Mike to be absolutely honest with what had to be done at the time of installation and what could wait. Priority is one of those companies I love to promote because of their professionalism and wealth of knowledge shared prior and during the job. Left the scene nice a clean as well.

Mike was able to come and see the problem very quickly and he got plumbers in to fix it quickly as well.

Three visits - problem solved. I very much appreciated their professionalism and that they explained what caused the problem and how they had fixed it. They even made suggestions for avoiding the particular clogged pipe in the future.

We contacted Priority Plumbing and Heating because we were having a slow water leak from our boiler causing water to pool on the basement floor. We agreed that it was not such an emergency that they needed to come the same day, and we scheduled a visit for 2 days later. They arrived on time, and quickly found the source of the problem. They replaced the necessary parts the same day. While they were there, we also had them look at the hose spigot on the back of the house, which had a backflow preventer that had burst (causing water to come out around the hose) and was corroded onto the spigot. They replaced the entire spigot (and a few feet of pipe). They did excellent work and were very professional, and we will definitely contact them again for any further plumbing or heating needs.

They fixed the problem, the cost was reasonable and they were kind and reassuring.

Very punctual, polite, knowledgeable, professional. Called before they came. Cleaned up when they were done. Would recommend.

Mike and his team at Priority Plumbing & Heating came to my rescue as shortly after closing on a home my hot water tank leaked and flooded my basement. The team was there with 90 minutes of my inquiry and was done in about an hour. Courteous and professional, I'll be sure to work with Priority Plumbing & Heating for any needs in the future.

These guys are wonderful to work with. When my hot water tank went I called a few places on a Sunday morning and received a call back a couple hours later. He said he could probably squeeze me in the next day and sure enough he was able to. He also scheduled an electrician to come out to do their end of the work the next day as well. I wasn’t home when they arrived the next morning but my girlfriend said they were incredibly polite and careful. The price was fair and we’ve had no issues with hot water since. Would recommend!

Mike and Clay checked everything in the house to determine why I had water on my dyer, floor, and table, but they could not find out why. However, they checked everything, and Mike gave me some recommendations on my radiators and checked if my house had any water leaks. Both men were pleasant, helpful, and professional. They could not find out why I had the water, but they said if it happens again to call immediately and not clean up the water so they can determine it better. Mike also pointed out the age of my water heater and an issue with it which will need to be replaced soon. I will call them.

This is a repeat review. I couldn't figure out how to get in and revise my first review. After speaking with Mike the owner, I now know that the way the offer was worded was how the people on Angie's List worded it, not the offer Mike intended to make. I was offered a partial refund because of the misunderstanding. I opted not to take a refund because it was a misunderstanding that wasn't Mike's fault. Mike responded to my taking the offer and he had a crew there the same day. They did a fabulous job and were awesome to deal with. I have every intention of having them come back and do my other outside faucet. I'm very excited to finally have a working outside faucet and can't wait to have two! Thank you Mike and crew and I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

They came out and replaced the water heater with no issues. They were on time and did a great job. I have had no issues since and was very pleased with the technicians and would happily use them again.

Mike was great. We had an old cast iron tub, and the legs fell off. First he went over same-day to try to fix it. When it couldn't be fixed, he scheduled us for a few days later to remove the tub and put in a brand new tub/shower unit. He even came back to double check everything when we shared some concerns about water pressure. Mike was easy to reach, a great communicator, and kept us informed every step of the process. I would definitely use Mike and the team again.

I highly recommend calling Mike C. for your plumbing and heating repairs. I received an immediate call back and Mike sent out two experienced plumbers to troubleshoot and resolve both of my plumbing issues all in the same day. 2nd floor water leak from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen below and water leak from the furnace/circulator. Finally, a company that provides fantastic customer service. The plumbers were professional, honest, very thorough, neat and QUALIFIED! Priority Plumbing & Heating is an A+ in my book.

I called Priority Plumbing with a plumbing emergency. The operator I spoke with was very responsive and told me that someone would call me back quickly. In less than 5 minutes I heard from Mike. I didn’t know exactly what the problem was, but Mike got right to it. He had me shut off the water to the house, and made a plan to get here with a new tank in a few hours. True to his word, he got here faster than his estimate. When he got here, he got right to work. He replaced the tank in record time. He found another problem and explained it to me. We made arrangements for a follow up appointment to address the other issue and inspect our A/C system, which is critical to our in home business. I have to say that this was my first experience with Priority Plumbing, and I’m sure it won’t be my last. I think that we’ve all heard stories about emergency situations where the service provider didn’t show up, or when they did, the customer took a financial bathing. This was not the case *at all* with Priority. From starting to finish, they were professional, ethical, and genuinely committed to excellent service. Mike was a pleasure to have come in and ”bail me out” so to speak. His calm reassuring manner put me at ease immediately- I knew that the job was going to get done, and get done right. In this day and age, that’s a really great feeling. I would encourage anyone with plumbing issues (emergency or not) to contact Priority Plumbing. They have an answering service that recognizes and prioritizes emergency situations and turns information around quickly and accurately. And Mike (who happens to own the business !) is a great example of what a great experience with a local business can be. Many, many thanks, Mike!

From start to finish project went very smooth. Decided to go with Priority because of there professionalism and personability. Priority did everything they said they would, were on time, and price was very reasonable. Unit works great. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Priority is now are go to plumber as other plumbing and heating providers we have used just don't measure up to them.

After finding large pool of water next to my furnace I took to Angie's List and found Priority Plumbing and Heating. Answering service took my information and Mike called back within 30 minutes. He listened to my issue, asked a couple follow up questions and diagnosed likely culprits to my puddle of water. It was not an emergency so we set up for a service call the next morning. The team showed up right on time as promised, introduced themselves, and got to work. As they took a look at the issue they explained each component to me, what it does and what happens when it fails. I had unrelated question about hammering when dishwasher shuts off and they were very helpful there too. They gave me a price to replace 2 valves (fill valve and pressure relief valve) which I found to be fair and they had it fixed within an hour.

Job went very well. Clay and Mike showed up on time, diagnosed problem to be a cracked stack. They repaired it that day. Job was meticulously cleaned up. Very happy we decided to go with Priority Plumbing. While they were there they noticed the relief valve leaking on my boiler and replaced my expansion tank as well. Very knowledgeable.

I took the sink drain stopper out and heard water gush into the cabinet underneath. Not an ideal way to start a Monday. I called Mike from Priority Plumbing and he was able to come out the next day and repair everything. We use Priority Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs, they always respond promptly, do good work and have fair pricing.

Since this wasn’t and emergency, I agreed that this could wait. Priority plumbing still made sure this was done as quickly as possible. They arrived as communicated and the work was done professionally and cleanly. I appreciate that they asked for my input and offered their suggestions as the work was done. Truly fantastic. Based on this experience I called them for a tried emergency when and outside faucet was faulty and they repaired within a day.

From quote to install job went great. One of the few companies that showed up for the appointment on time for the estimate. Mike, the owner, showed up to look at the project and give his opinion on the best way to tackle the project. He was very knowledgeable and high energy. I could tell from the start that he loves installing boilers. He promised me a quote early the following week (as he came out on a Thursday I believe) and he got it to me on time. I did not even have to call to remind him (in RI it is impossible to get quotes from contractors, they just string you along forever, but now with Mike). His quote was reasonable and very thorough. He provided a complete price to remove the existing monster boiler from the 1950's and install with a new boiler and components. After reviewing the other bids that i received I called him to give him the job. He ordered all the parts and promised an install date about 10 days out from our conversation. He did not ask for a deposit (goes to show what a stand up man that he is). I gave him a call a few days out from install just to make sure all the ducks were ina row as this was not a small project. He stated we were still on track and his guys would be onsite between 7:30- 8:30. Morning of the project his guys showed up around 8:15 or so (again amazing a contractor to be in time). His lead plumber (Mike?) and his helper were awesome to deal with. Very knowledgeable, neat and courteous. I would welcome then in any home for a project. they worked with me as I was going to save parts from the old system as spare parts. About an hour and a half after getting there they had the system drained and had the old boiler cut out from the system. Boiler removal company showed up right on time to take the old monster away. They were excellent and did a great job of cleaning up the remnants of the old system. I left right after they brought the new boiler downstairs and just as Mike the owner was arriving to start the install of the new system. Due to the scope of the project we were not sure that it would be finished by the end of day but had a contingency plan in place to stay at a local hotel. Mike said "Don't book it yet, if we are close I will stay to get it done, call me at 3:30". I left and called him around 4:00. At that time he said they were going to stay late and wrap it up. We would have heat and hot water that night. Low and behold I pull in my driveway to see them bleeding the system at 6:30 pm. I was there when they fired it up for the first time and it ran like a champ. They worked 11 hours that day but got it done. Hats off to the crew. His installation was very neat and orderly. Everything was installed to spec and so far, so good. I could not give him a higher recommendation.

These folks were extremely professional and priced well. I received wildly differing estimates from several other companies while shopping around. Some didn't follow up with quotes, some wanted to charge almost half-again for the same work, and some never showed up for scheduled appointments for estimates. Priority Plumbing gave a realistic quote, communicated well, and showed up exactly when they said they would. The work was completed within the time they quoted. Mike took the time to teach us about the system they were installing, how to maintain it, and how to troubleshoot it. I would absolutely use this company again!

Priority evaluated the major problem, determined the cause of the ceiling leak to be a shower valve in an upstairs bath, and offered 2 repair options with different repair costs I opted to replace, not repair, the shower valve which was 30 years old Toilet issue was an additional repair involving a gasket Repairs checked multiple times for leaks etc, by Priority staff Repairs completed on time, on budget, and a little quicker than projected

Showed up well within reason of the time provide (15 minutes). We are budgeting to add a new bathroom and remodel our existing bathrooms within the next 24 months, and they were willing to walk around the house and advise on cost/feasibility etc. After that they shut-off our water and went to work. about 30-45 minutes later we had a new non-leaky shutoff valve that was much more accessible than the old valve. Would definitely hire for the planned remodel mentioned above.

Despite Priority Plumbing's good reviews, these days being what they are, I was still a little skittish about quality and service from an unknown company . Fortunately, they lived up to their reviews. I was having a problem with my toilet, which seemed like it would be an easy fix, but turned out to be somewhat complicated. Mike, the owner, initially sent a plumber out, but after a couple of days, I had to call again to say I was still having some difficulty. I got an immediate response. Mike made a point of coming to the house at the end of the day, after standard working hours. He clearly was invested in the quality and integrity of his work and in customer satisfaction. He demonstrated a keen analysis of the problem and figured out a solution, which involved taking everything apart and even leaving the job to go and buy different part. He was astonishingly patient and unperturbed about the extra work. He has excellent communication skills and clearly understood the mechanics of the system. I got the sense that he can (and does) troubleshoot anything. I am very glad to have him as a future resource!

We recently purchased our home, and the other night after opening/closing a gate valve in the basement, the valve sprung a leak. I called Mike Cambio at Priority Plumbing, and even though this March has been quite busy, he was able to send someone out the following day. Priority did an excellent job with taking care of the leaking gate valve, and replacing several other corroded valves that we had in our basement. During the course of the visit, we found that our sink was having some blockage issues, which were also related to an old valve under our sink. Even though there was another job, the plumber stayed extra to help troubleshoot this issue. The prices quoted were fair, and none of the prices changed from the phone call to the visit. All of the issues we had, plus a few more were addressed in the one visit. My plumber was efficient, knowledgable, and willing to answer questions I had along the way. I was really pleased with my experience, and plan on using them for my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks!
