Excellent job by Mike and his crew. In 90 degree heat, they replaced my ancient gas furnace and broken central air conditioning unit. They also capped off and removed an old water heater and replaced the thermostat. I was scheduled to go out of town -- Mike managed to fit me in on very short notice and made sure everything was completed before I left. He and his crew kept me up-to-date during the course of the work. I would definitely recommend Priority Heating and Air Conditioning -- and I'll probably have them do my bathroom remodel as well!!

Mike was timely and professional from the first call I placed. Our very old A/C unit was in the process of going. He came over the same day to give a quote and was very transparent about the scope of the work and our options. Due to the age of our furnace and the type of A/C being installed, we replaced it as well since it was necessary. Mike said that it would be 2-3 weeks for the install which I was not looking forward to being without A/C for that long. He ended up squeezing us in and the job was done within a week. His team is wonderful, they arrived on time, were highly professional and worked hard the entire time they were here. Mike is very responsive and always either answered my phone calls right away or would get back to me very quickly. I would highly recommend Mike and his team. They have gained a customer for life!

Contacted Priority regarding getting an estimate for the replacement of my central air. The owner, Mike called back to set up an appointment. The morning of the appointment, he called around 7:40 am (and woke me up) to reschedule. When I called him back, I asked him to please not call again so early in the future. He got mad, said it wasn't worth his time and canceled the appointment.

Mike was very friendly and considerate when I first met him. He suggested I ordered some recommended parts in order to fix my 10 year old shower that was no longer giving hot water. After receiving the parts, I sent and email (on his web page) and left a message on his answering service to schedule and appointment to get the job done. No return call. No email return. No text message. I gave up. I understand he may have been busy and had more expensive or lucrative jobs to do. But I expect some degree of professionalism and courtesy. A return message would have been nice if he could not do the job instead of just blowing me off.

I called Priority Plumbing and Heating after reading reviews on Angie's List. I have a gas boiler with baseboard heating. The baseboards were starting to make a lot of noise. Mike came in a diagnosed the problem and provided me 2 options, one a lower cost temporary solution or a higher cost permanent solution. I went with the permanent solution and was very pleased with how quickly he completed the job. Price was fair but the service was excellent. I have a hot water heater that will need replacing shortly, and I will be calling Mike back for that.

The service and responsiveness from Priority Plumbing & Heating was outstanding! I woke up this morning with no heat. I called Priority at 8 am, as soon as they opened. The owner called me back within 20 minutes and told me he'd come look at my boiler by mid day. After a quick inspection, he ran out to pick up the appropriate part. He had the part installed and the heat was back on before 1 PM. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommended.

Communication was excellent. The price was great and the equipment installed is excellent. Recovery time on the commercial version is excellent!! Mike explained the whole process to me and what the options were and even rushed over to install the water heater so I could still make it to my doctors appointment. I would definitely recommend and use his services again! One of those times that using these referral services actually are what they claim to be.

Mike and his crew were fantastic and we look forward to having them handle our future projects when the time comes. The previous owner had replaced their oil boiler with a new, but inefficient gas boiler to run the aging radiant heating system. We opted to upgrade our home with a more efficient forced air HVAC system along with a new water heater and Mike was great at discussing our requirements to choose the right equipment. The work was done in a timely manner and all systems were installed with precision. The new ducting was installed with consideration for future basement finishing projects. Our home has been so much more comfortable over the past couple of seasons.

Mike was excellent to work with. Upon coming out to look at our system and identifying that it needed to be replaced, realizing that we didn't have heat, Mike quickly provided us an estimate and quickly scheduled the work once we agree to move forward. Mike and his team were thorough and respectful. They installed the system over two days. Once complete, they left the basement in better shape than they found it. The new system works wonderfully. We will certainly be using Mike and priority for any future work that we need.

I had an initial discussion with him and described the two jobs - probable bill $ 350 ??? I then called twice to set up an appointment and he never returned my calls. Priority plumbing... I guess not, at least for me. I'm sure you could do better than this guy if your job is small.

Priority Plumbing installed a new Williamson oil furnace for us in Narragansett. The owner, Mike Cambio, provided us an estimate in a timely fashion and answered a number of questions as we compared vendors. His team showed up on time on the agreed upon install date, removed the 50-year-old furnace and replaced it with the new furnace. They cleaned up thoroughly and Mike then met me to test the unit and make sure all was in order. We highly recommend Mike and Priority Plumbing.

Absolutely outstanding response and service! From the quick reply to the initial call, to the actual work done, I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was with Mike Cambio and his crew. At least for me, no project is without its hiccups, and in this case installing a new water heater was no different, but Mike and his guys attacked it with energy, competence, and a concern for the customer that seems to be rare today. On top of that, Mike's quote was fair, and he is a straight shooter, ensuring every conversation rested on trust and confidence. Both he and his crew were on time (even early on one day), concerned about cleanliness, professional, and courteous. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with them, and it would take an immense effort by anyone else to replace them in our eyes when it comes to plumbing. If only I could convince him to take on the project of fixing my A/C...

Mike was timely in his call back and able to fit me into the schedule right away. He was clear about what the problem was and what needed to be fixed and gave a fair price. He was very easy to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Everything went extremely well. They took care of everything from removing the old tank to installing the new tankless system. The tankless system is much more complicated than a tank system, requiring extra intake and exhaust tubing, special drainage, and extra wiring for power, but hopefully the system will last longer and be more reliable. They were able to get everything done in a day and a half, which seems amazingly fast!

Called Priority Plumbing to fix a toilet. Mike promptly returned my call and came out to the house 2 days later (this was not an emergency). After talking it over, we decided to replace the toilet. He told me exactly what toilet to get and we set up an appointment for installation. Two of his employees came out to do the installation. They were on time and very knowledgeable and professional, did a good job and cleaned up.

Mike was extremely professional and personable. He responded to every message and request promptly, was able to schedule in our service right away, and completed the installation of the new water heater and removal of the old one efficiently.

this is the second time I have used Angie's List and the second time I am blown away by the results!!!! Mike was awesome to work with. He called me back within minutes and kept in contact during the day to let me know when he would arrive. Price was on point and didn't leave one bit of trash. Total time between call and work completed was about three hours to replace our hot water tank. Already looking to schedule Mike for future work.
