Mike was very quick to respond, and came right on time on the scheduled day. They were very personable and did the job with confidence. It took them all day to complete yet the price was little less than the estimated price he gave me originally. Very satisfied.

As always Priority was punctual, especially since it was emergency, professional and thorough with reasonable prices for a good quality water heater, not a big box store cheap variety.

This was one of the best experiences with a contractor I've ever had. Before meeting with Mike, I received two other estimates that didn't sit well with me. I knew going into this it would be a big job but suddenly found myself in deeper than I expected. That's when I decided to give one more company a shot. I called Priority Plumbing and from the first conversation I had with Mike that was exactly how I felt, like his #1 priority. He actually helped us find the sink we really wanted at a decent price as well as a new refrigerator. He picked up both products and delivered them. He re-piped our entire kitchen, running new pipes to the new stainless steel refrigerator as well as the new matching sink that he also installed. His work was fast and efficient, but for the time frame in which he responded and then spent with us, to me was priceless. I would strongly encourage anybody in the Rhode Island area in need of plumbing or heating services to call Mike at Priority Plumbing. I consider myself a customer for life.

I had noticed that my heat was not working. I called my landlord which I did not know at the time. They told me to get the cheapest price and save the receipts. I started calling company after company. They wanted to charge me outragous amounts of money to even come look at it. I then discovered Priority Plumbing and Heating. They called me back stating within minutes. He started asking me questions. As I gave the answers he stated that he thought he knew what the problem may be but to be sure would have to investigate it further. I asked how much that he thought it might be. He gave me an estimate which I was happy with. He was at my within 20 minutes. When he got there he was very polite and asked me a couple more questions. I showed him where he needed to go and within 15 minutes my heat was working again, just like magic. I was very happy with my experience. I would definetly recommend this company. They are efficient, polite, knowledgble but they are cost friendly as well.
