Priority Plumbing & Heating

Mike came out at 7AM on Saturday to look at my furnace which was not producing any heat. I had another company come out 2 days earlier and tell me that my motherboard was broken and it would take 3 days to get the part and cost me $350. I found the part myself (MUCH cheaper) and installed it myself but it still was having the same problem. Mike came out, ran a few tests and finally discovered the exhaust was clogged (an entire pigeon was stuck in there!) and $95 it was good to go. He came out fast ans quickly found the problem. I would use him again!

Michael worked in a very tight space to get the furnace working. It wasn't an easy job due to the small area around furnace. Michael and Paul were pleasant. They worked quietly and efficiently. I am going to hire them again to do additional work in my home both on the furnace and in plumbing work I need done. They did a great job.

I called on Feb 24th with a noise coming from my gas boiler. Sounded like some motor that was about to die. Waited about an hour and half and they called back. He suggested it was the circulator and after I decided it wasnt quite the emergency we made an appointment for Thursday the 26th at 9:00 am. He showed up on time and said he needed to leave to get the pump. Of course I felt bad that he couldnt get out of the driveway! With some melting salt he finally got out. He returned and replaced it and al;so saw I needed a vent that was leaking and rusting so he completed that too. Very courteous and efficient. Would recommend. Will call to replace some sink faucets!

I contacted Priority Plumbing due to 2 leaking boilers I have in my 2 family home. I reached out to this company based on the excellent rating with Angie's List as well as the Better Business Bureau. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived exactly on time. He advised of what was wrong with the boilers, provided a cost for repair and had obtained the parts and competed the repairs within the hour. I will certainly not need to look further when I have another need for a plumber! Thank you for a job well done!

He came real quickly, he did the job really quickly and the water is hot. So I have no complaints about that. He's a nice guy and neat and quick. I want him to come back and look and something else, but I got the feeling he didn't want to do that job. It's a complicated thing. But he does good work. What he does is fine, quick and on time. He knows what he's doing.

Went well,very happy with professionalism and knowledge.I plan on calling Mike for future plumbing issues.

What can I say? He was fast, really friendly, didn't overcharge me, and everything works great now. I'd hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

Our tenant notified us that she had no hot water. Since I had used them before and since they did such a good job I called Priority Plumbing and told them the problem. Shortly thereafter Mike called, got the details and said he'd be able to check on it soon. On his visit (we weren't home) he quickly diagnosed that the tenant's water heater had burst. Mike had a new one installed the first thing the next morning. Very responsive and had the problem solved quickly. Will definitely use again.

Mike is very professional..he is straight to the point, but friendly at the same time. He is honest and knowledgeable, explaining why the other bells and whistles that the other company suggested were not necessary. He is patient, answering my questions, while not making me feel ridiculous for asking them. We will be using Mike for all of our heating and plumbing for our new home! Feel very blessed that we found him!

He did a very good. He was very courteous and he called and said when he would be here and he showed up promptly and did the job. He bought the parts too and he put them in and I thought that was reasonable.

Our boiler failed unexpectedly and I called several providers for quotes. Mike was the one I chose and I am very glad. I was very pleased with the service right from the start. Mike was very responsive when I called, he was willing to work within my budget and did not try to up-sell me to something fancier than I wanted or needed. He gave me options and explained them clearly. Once I made a choice of a boiler, he was quick to schedule the work and came when he said he'd come. He was very pleasant to work with and the quality of the work was outstanding. Our new boiler worked well right from the start with no problems or any need for a call back. The final cost was exactly what he quoted which, by the way, was significantly less that several other quoted I'd received for the same work. I would definitely recommend Priority Plumbing and Heating!

I contacted Priority Plumbing base on the positive reviews both on Angie's List and the Better Business Bureau. I emailed Priority Plumbing on a Saturday evening, Mike was prompting at calling me back and setting up an appointment for the next week. Mike was thorough and knowledgeable, it was odd problem but he was able to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. The problem was fixed quickly. Ultimately, I am happy that my tenant is happy. Additionally, I asked Mike for a price to install a new spigot and water line (that was there) but was never connected into the main water line. Mike gave me a reasonable estimate, and that job too was accomplished. Priority Plumbing was efficient at a reasonable cost; there were no surprises. I am extremely happy that I found and called Mike at Priority Plumbing.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job. They were quick, efficient and trust worthy. He was almost $1000 cheaper then the closest estimate that I received. My heating and hot water is up an running great. I would highly recommend Priority Pluming to anyone. Thank you Mike!!

I have many years in the HVAC industry, service industry for the summer jobs, and now as an engineer, but this was the first for me owning a steam boiler and system. I had plenty of questions on maintenance, what to look for, etc. and Mike took his time with me to bring me up to speed.

Mike was very responsive to my initial call and was able to set up a time to come for an estimate that fit into my busy schedule. He was able to schedule the work when it was convenient for me. He completed the work very quickly, efficiently and as discussed during the estimate. I would definitely hire Mike again.

Mike was great! Easy to work around my schedule and did a quick and efficient job! I had no problem leaving him in the house while I was at work. He is very trustworthy and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family! I will be calling him again in the near future when I re-do my kitchen! :)

We just redid our entire kitchen. Priority plumbing came in and did all of the plumbing for the sink, the garbage disposal, hooking up the dishwasher and the refrigerator and stove and they did an excellent job. We also had them replace some old lead pipes in the basement and installed a toilet. Mike is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our water heater went Sunday night and flooded the basement. We called Priority and they came right out to shut the water off and recommended a clean up company who also came right out and did a great job. The next day Priority Plumbing came back out and replaced the 40 gallon gas water heater. They also recommended we install a pan and water sensor under the tank so next time the tank goes the water shuts off and our finished basement doesn't gets ruined. We went with the suggestion and are very pleased. Priority Plumbing was prompt and came right out. Very pleased with the price and felt it was fair with the Sunday night emergency call. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them.

They installed a new drain system to the outlet of the house. Removed the old corroded cast iron pipes and replaced with new PVC pipe. Connected a washing machine drain and a vent pipe. and a new kitchen sink. They installed a new sink in the kitchen, a new toilet and bathroom sink in the bathroom. Mike was easy to work with and would definitely use him again.

Mike repaired a section of our heating line that had sprung a leak. He drained boiler and fixed leak with no problems. Also replaced a flapper in the toilet. Mike was courteous, professional, and neat. Will definitely call him with any future problems.

the price quoted was exactly what I paid - they cleaned up after themselves. They gave me a window of time they would be there - within an hour and arrived within timeframe. This was not the first time they did work for me. They have done general service and maintenance before. I wanted to provide this feedback because they have been consistently reliable. I have referred them to others that I know.

Everything went great. Mike was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Mike installed a Rinnai combination on demand water heater and boiler and we are very pleased. Boiler looks beautiful and is piped very neat, definitely a professional job. Removal of old boiler was done and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Will definitely hire Priority Plumbing and Heating again and use them for all our plumbing and heating needs

There were no troubles with scheduling. They completed all of the work that was included in the deal. From their point of view, they said we had a water problem with some leakage. They gave me a price and I agreed to have them do the replacement for a water control. There were only two people here for three quarters of an hour and they wanted to charge about $700 for the additional work. I asked for them to provide me with an itemized list of the parts and they never got back with me to provide it. I have not paid any additional costs because they never followed up with me. If they could justify the cost, I would have been willing to pay for it.

We ran our oil out a week before national grid came to put in the gas line. Mike was quick to start working on our house so we could have hot water again. The heating system is impressive--well organized. Our very old boiler blew out soot all over the basement when the boiler guys tried to remove it. Mike and Ryan put in extra time to make sure the mess was all cleaned up and that we were happy with the results. We felt comfortable having them in our home when we were not there.
