Description of Work: We decided to do a contracted service for heating oil rather than buy as needed to even out our payments month by month and ensure that we didn't run out. By the size, type and occupany of the house they estimate your monthly usage, and schedule refills. It has worked well, and given we bought on a ceiling price, allowing fluctuations we did get some benefit of the lower oil prices this year. They were professional to deal with and responsive when they had the estimation wrong and we ran low on oil. If you want to take the hassle out of winter oil and make payments predictable, this is a very good service.

Description of Work: I became a Petro customer in October 2014 shortly after moving to RI. Their sales staff was very attentive to my needs and honored a price cap beyond the normal signup date and offered a very generous service contract. | |I have had two service calls by Petro. Both times the technicians performed beyond expectations and to a certain degree the scope of the expected task. The first was supposed to be an evaluation of a problem, but the technician worked beyond that to correct the issue. The second was a minor detail that another technician did not give up until he had corrected it.
