Nature-Redesigned Landscaping

I was very satisfied with all steps of this process with Joe. From the moment he came out, he was very professional and provided information in a timely manner. What I appreciated most about this experience, is that Joe twice delayed my sod installation to benefit me. Once because I was going on a business trip and might not meet the watering requirements. Joe reminded me that I would need to water it daily and so he moved it to the upcoming Friday. The second time it was scheduled for that Friday, but due to the extreme heat/humidity we had coming up on Friday and over the weekend, Joe suggested we wait to give the sod a better chance. Joe moved me into the following Monday and the team showed up on time and did a great job quickly getting the area prepped (I had a pool there for 30 years, see before photo) and the sod installed. I would definitely use Nature Redesigned Landscaping and Joe again, for future landscaping needs

Joe and his team were excellent! They were very communicative, provided good suggestions and made us feel confident in our decisions while steering us clear of potentially poor choices. I'm looking forward to working with them again soon.

Joe gave me a 1295.00 quote for the job on May 23, 2019, which seemed reasonable, so I gave him the go ahead; that's when the NIGHTMARE began!! I contacted him on May 29th and he responded on the 30th saying that he was "3-4 weeks out on my schedule" and that he'd be scheduling the next two weeks on Friday and that he'd get back to me. On June 14th he said he had me scheduled for Wednesday the 19th and that he'd get back to me the next Tuesday. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went _ no Joe; he claimed he was sick. I contacted him July 1, and he got back to me the 10th asking if Friday ( a day where thunderstorms were predicted in the morning) or the following Monday would be good. I said that Monday would be much better. I said I'd see him at 9:00. Monday came and went _ no Joe! Irresponsible and unprofessional are the words I'd use to describe him! Dealing with him was a HORRIBLE experience!!!

Very responsive, on time, good quality work. Other estimate was similar price but Joe was thorough in his responses.

I've used Nature Redesigned Landscaping for multiple projects at both our home in Providence and our Bristol Rental property. These projects were extensive and included: - Providence: designed and installed new landscaping in our front yard with a beautiful array of plants, trees and flowers; built new sidewalks & walkways, repaired brick steps, and created a new side-yard drainage system to eliminate a troublesome basement leak. - Bristol: re-graded yard and planted new sod in both front & back yards, created a new gravel parking area with a cobblestone border, repaired & sealed foundation cracks, and built a new drainage system to redirect water away from the house. Joe and his team do exceptional work on a timely basis and at a competitive price. Joe is a responsive communicator, a good-natured business leader, and pleasure to work with. I will definitely continue to use his services in the future.

Joe and his team did an excellent job-on time and on budget. I asked for many add-ons, which were accomplished with the same reasonable cost structure and in a very timely fashion. My yard needed a lot of work! Looks terrific now!! Thanks!

Joe was very responsive and professional and he did a beautiful job with our patio. He was thoughtful with the design and took the extra time to find the exact pavers that we needed. We look forward to working with him on future projects!

We contacted Nature-Redesigned for an estimate on re-establishing a portion of our lawn after we had some excavation work done. Joe was very responsive and made time to come by to see the property. He provided us with an estimate that was significantly less than several others we had gotten. His crew was able to start on the job within 2 weeks and we are very happy with the results. He also found a very reasonable fertilization provider for us that has also been the cheapest and most thorough that we've seen. We've continued to have them provide our bi-weekly lawn maintenance as well as a fall cleanup. We will continue to have Nature-Redesigned maintain our property and we also plan to have them give us an assessment for putting in a patio. In addition to providing a great service, communication with Joe has been great! This has been an issue for us in the past but we're relieved to have found Joe and his crew.

In the past , I haven't had the best experiences trying to work with contractors but Joe has changed that as he was very professional and always got back to me with any questions or concerns I may have had . The work he did was impressive and I was very satisfied in the end . The work was so good that my mail man even left a note on my door asking who had done my stairs and walk way .Thanks again Joe and Crew . You guys were very friendly , approachable and did an awesome job !!! I would absolutely recommend this company .

My yard is beautiful! Great communication before, during, and after. The entire working staff was amazing and showed up on time and worked hard the entire time. Joe was great to work with and fair! I would recommend!
