Description of Work: Water heater failed after normal work hours. Hot water heater removed. Hot water was then hooked-up to "water heater" that is in the wall-mounted boiler that heats the house. Mr. Rooter has installed the wall-mounnted boiler a few years ago.

Description of Work: Needed new sink plummed in. When they evenually showed up 4 hours late on a friday afternoon, gave me an estimate of $750. I told him no thanks and was ready to send him packing. He immediately reduced the price to $500. It was still too high but I just wanted the job done. He did a good job. Was done in 45 minutes. Thought that for $20 worth of material and asaprox 500/ hr. that it was excessive, but I paid it. When a lady called me 3 days later and asked about satisfaction., I told her that I felt I had been ripped off. She said that she would have to boss call me but he never did. I would not call them again.

+ 0 moreMr. Rooter installed the furnace last December. Previous to that, they installed a tank less water heater. They also have unclogged the drains, and have redone the hook up between the house and sewer. That was a $5000 job, and they came with a whole crew. When they installed the furnace, there were two plumbers working on it. They saw that the job was going to take a lot longer than they thought, so they called in 2 additional guys, just so they could get the job done. They had promised me they could complete the installation in one day. They did it! And it was awesome! I thought the pricing was a little expensive. I use them exclusively.
Description of Work: I used Mr. Rooter Plumbing . The last time they were here, was at the end of December. They replaced the furnace in my house.

+ -1 moreThey are very expensive. They do good work, but they demand a lot of money for it. The overall experience was excellent. They knew what they were doing. The quality of work was excellent. Sometimes it was hard to get hold of them. I would use this provider again.

+ -1 moreSounded great on the phone when I made the appointment, but never showed and never called to say they would be unable to make the appointment window.
Description of Work: Never showed up in the 4 hour appointment window they gave me. I was very specific that I could not be there past 2PM. When I called at 2, they said, "Sorry, we can have someone there in about an hour." Wasted half a day waiting for them and they never called to let me know that they could not make the window. For all I know their work could be good, but I won't deal with a company this unprofessional!

+ -1 moreWhen they came out I signed a contract for them to do the work for $300. He ended up not being able to unclog the drain even though he did pull some things out. He then showed me the contract in which he had added to the comments field that the work is not guaranteed. I don't feel that it was right of them to change this after I had already signed it. I contacted the company and requested a refund for the work and they gave me $50. I feel like I should get at least half the money I paid back. I ended up going out and getting a snake to clear the drain myself.
Description of Work: I had water backing up out of my sewage into my basement. I called them to come out and give me an estimate and had them do the work that same day.
