Description of Work: They did the hard wood floors on one of the apartments that I have. They took off the old residue from the carpet pad, They removed all the staples and so forth from the carpet. I fealt that they did a great job. Very professional

Description of Work: I have become a huge fan of 'Angie's List' so I was quite surprised on the difficulty on getting a quote for refinishing our hardwood floors. Michael returned my call quite quickly and set up an appointment to see the floor to give me a quote. When arriving, he excused himself to go back to his van to get a tape measure to measure the floor. After a good ten minutes, he came back in, telling me he left his tape measure at another "site." When I pressed him for some kind of quote, he excused himself again. I thought that he was getting something to help him give me a price. Imagine my surprise when I saw him drive off. I guess this was a blessing in disguise. BUYER BEWARE!
