Kelly is super nice to deal with and very helpful with ideas on paint colors. She is very detailed and does what we wanted. She started on time, finished on time, careful and very neat. Will definitely use Kelly again.

lI'm sure every homeowner has serious concerns before their home improvement job begins, Kelly was the consummate pro, arriving precise time or else a call came notifying me of a delay. She was a whirlwind , working alone each day not even stopping for lunch. She always sought our thoughts on the latest wall color and single handedly moved furniture in every room. Her color suggestions seemed to always come out better than imagined. She welcomed our input in every way. It was a cheerful job site, never feeling the stress that often comes with home projects. It took about 7 days to finish just about as expected, even with Kelly extending herself to repair walls with nicks, gouges and more than a few holes. Our place has been transformed, thanks to Kelly Francis. We are most grateful to her for enthusiasm, and her professionalism. Kelly knows what she is doing every step of the way.

Initially, Kelly was very nice and personable and tried to be very helpful with color suggestions, etc. She just really seemed so trustworthy. Kelly got me the estimate and I agreed to have her do the work. Well Day 1 she showed up with her sister, whom she said was helping her. (which later she stated she was actually training her!) Day 1 went fine, she removed the wallpaper. Day 2-- My husband was gone most of that day, and I couldn't stay home for the entire day to watch them work. I had come home in the early afternoon and the window frame that had been stained, looked great! I also caught a glimpse of the paint on the bathroom wall that had been finished, and at that point, it looked fine. I asked her how much longer they would be, and it was apparent they would finish up before we returned back home. So I went ahead offered to pay her since I wouldn't be home. Earlier in the day, when my husband was home, she had offered to stain the wood on the side of my stairs leading upstairs. Initially he said don't bother. Well then when I came back home in the afternoon--Kelly asked me about the wood on the landing, and I said sure go ahead and take care of it. When I returned home for the day, they were leaving, so I just assumed they got the job done. When I walked into the house, the first thing I noticed was the wood on the landing. It looked awful! It was almost like the stain had absorbed more into some areas, than others. So I called her and she came back the next day, and didn't seem very happy about it. I wasn't home when she re-did the stain, but when I came back home it looked a bit better. However a day later, in the mid day sun, I noticed she got stain on the paint around the wood. Then when I walked into the bathroom to take a good look around since I noticed the mistakes on the landing, I was horrified! The bathroom is a mess. The walls were not properly sanded; there is blue paint all along the ceiling edges, paint down one side of the closet door, paint on the shower tiles where it abuts the wall and paint on the trim on the bottom of the window. I had asked her initially if she needed the cabinet removed from an alcove in the bathroom were it was a small space. I thought she would need it moved so she could paint the wall, as there were just inches to spare. Kelly stated she didn't need it moved, that she had a small roller. Well the wall in that area is all dug into were her roller apparently ground into the wall while trying to paint. I have emailed Kelly and asked for her to return my money since I will obviously have to pay someone else to correct her mistakes. It has been about a week and I have still not heard from her. I dont understand this outcome, being that she has such high remarks on Angies List from everyone else. If I don't hear something from her, I have no choice but to take her to small claims court about this matter.

Kelly is fabulous and the utmost professional. Starting with the free estimate, she really explained everything and took her time with you. She knew we needed this done quickly. She was so easy to work with and was on time and followed through with everything she said she would do (which was HUGE for us since we have had extremely bad experiences with this in the past). She really went above and beyond in every way. We had originally called her because we had removed wallpaper from a room that was going to be for our soon to be new baby and several of the walls were a strange fibrous material. We also had removed wall to wall carpeting and noticed that there was a line on the baseboard that was either not painted or a different color (and had carpet fibers still attached). Kelly said she would do the trim and walls and that she knew someone to do our plastering (in addition to some of the other needs we had like a vent in the bathroom and redo a ceiling). Kelly not only connected us with her contacts but waited with us to walk them around (even helped negotiate a price). She did an amazing job on everything. She was also very careful with the clean up and did a great job with that, which I really appreciated. We could not be happier with the quality and the professionalism that we got from Kelly. We highly recommend her and anyone that she recommends!

Kelly gave us a great quote on wallpaper removal and painting of several rooms in our home. The work was finished in her quoted time frame and she even came in significantly under budget! My husband and I couldn't be happier and plan on using Kelly's services in the future.

Although we decided to paper and not paint (a service that Kelly does not offer) we were very impressed that she was so enthusiastic, professional, and timely in all of our dealings. Kelly's quote to do the job was more than reasonable and we look forward to working with her in the future.

Kelly showed up on time on the agreed-to date. She works quickly and gets a lot done. She touched up walls and ceilings in several rooms and repaired cracking plaster in two other rooms. During the time she was working, we added a few small tasks which she was able to do within the original budget. We have asked her to come back and do some outside painting as well.

It went great, could not have been better. Kelly did an outstanding job at almost half the quoted price from a competitor. Kelly is very personable and very easy to deal with. A true craftsmen someone we wish we had found years ago. And would endore for any painting project.

Kelly is just incredible. I will never use another painter!! She prepped the 2 bedrooms, which were in crazy condition. My daughter had put glow-in-the-dark stars all over her bedroom walls and all over the ceiling 10 years ago. Tons and tons of that stick putty adhesive. Just getting the adhesive off the walls must have been a huge challenge.Plus there was a wallpaper border. My son's room was painted dark, dark shiny blue with a Patriots border (that's waht he wanted 10 years ago!) and one wall had serious plaster cracking issues. Kelly did a fabulous job. The job she did on patching the wall is great-even my husband, who finds fault with every contractor we have ever used, agreed that it is perfect. She is a very skilled painter, the whole thing looks so incredible. But as impressive as her painting skill is her wonderful, positive attitude. After the first coat on my son's bedroom, my husband decided the color was too dark and wanted to change it. No problem said Kelly. Just think about it over the weekend and text me the new color for Monday. She had great suggestions for the other colors, which are perfect. She was always on time and totally professional. She left the work area spotless. The price even included all the Benjamin Moore paint!! And, she was great to my dog, let her out when I was not there, even!

The work was excellent, in addition to being on time for both job start and end. She was easy to work with and we would definitely use her services again.

Overall an excellent experience. Kelly was quick to return my initial phone call and was prompt when coming to the house. She did an amazing job - the room looks great. She repaired cracks and nail holes from pictures and addressed other problems as needed. She was neat and did a terrific job cleaning up. I just had the floors refinished but she did not leave a scratch or bit of dirt on them. I will be calling her again to do more painting.

Kelly was able to quote us a price for each room on her first visit. She took her time to access the job, noting potential trouble areas, etc. We were able to schedule three consecutive days, and the project was completed on time and on budget. We were simply amazed at how much she was able to accomplish in such a short amount of time. Out master bath and our nursery feel brand new. Kelly is wonderful to work with, she is courteous and professional, and her work is beautiful. We will definitely be working with her again in the future, and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a painter.

I found Kelly on Angie's List, and contacted her regarding some interior painting. I had just purchased a new house, and needed someone to paint three rooms downstairs. I had a very tight timeline for completion, so it was important that I find someone who could operate under my constraints. Kelly was great about responding to email and phone calls. She promptly got back to me after my first inquiry, and although it was a few weeks before I wanted the work performed, was able to provide me with a basic quote. She suggested we wait to discuss the actual job until I had closed on my new house and she could come meet me in the space that I wanted painted. At our first meeting, Kelly was punctual and friendly. She brought some color samples and patiently helped me talk through some color choices for three adjoining rooms on my first floor. All in all, our first meeting took about an hour. At the end of the meeting, Kelly let me know how much paint to purchase, and then she said she would show up the next morning to start the job. Kelly worked tirelessly for three days on my project. She was punctual and very neat. At the end of each day she cleaned up after herself and made sure that the hardwood floors were clean. She even called one morning on the way over to offer to pick up some coffee for me and my husband since we were in the process of moving. The quality of her work was very good, and she even repainted a room after I decided I didn't like the initial color I had picked. Kelly priced the job by the day and quoted me that it would be a three day project, and on the last day she was there for an extra two hours working hard to finish up the project. She did not charge any extra even though it took longer than anticipated. I would highly recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking for a job well done at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to hire Kelly for any future interior painting projects.

I was searching Angie's list for a painter when I read great reviews about Kelly's work. I decided to call and Kelly was able to come by a few days later to look at my kitchen, consult color and the work to be done . Kelly wrote up an estimate and we discussed our availabilities for a time and date. Kellys' work was detailed and clean. She paints effortlessly and it comes natural to her. I wanted my ceiling painted, walls and cabinets. Kelly repaired an area of my ceiling and didn't charge extra. She has someone who put up my new fan and even 3 light fixtures in my bathroom. Did a super job! I would highly recommend Kelly for any work to be done. She is very dependable and has a great personality.

Overall, the whole experience was wonderful. Great quote, fast and accurate work.

I live in Florida and am getting a condo ready to rent in North Kingston, RI. I Contacted Kelly and she met my brother at the condo to give me an estimate. I decided to have her do the job. She was very prompt at scheduling the job and getting it done. She even offered to come back if necessary to do touching up once carpet is installed. Both my brother and I were very impressed.

Kelly responded right away when I called her regarding a quote. She showed up on time, and did a thorough evaluation of the rooms to be painted. She was able to write up a quote on that first visit. She was able to accomodate our hectic schedule, and completed both rooms in exactly the time she quoted. We were blown away when we first saw the newly painted rooms. We were looking for a painter to spruce up our lovely but unusual condo. It's full of charm but is in a historic stone building with lots of small windows which don't give the rooms as much light as we would like. Our original (uninspired) plan was to have all the walls and trim painted a bright white in place of the cream color that existed throughout the condo. But fortunately we found Kelly Francis Painting through Angie's list. Kelly brought her extensive sample book and convinced us that we could achieve our goal of making it brighter while still adding some color to the rooms. Her knowledge of color opened a whole new world for us! Because our home has an open floor plan, it was particularly challenging to find colors that worked well together and did not create any jarring transitions. Kelly's instincts were amazing... she understood we are cautious folks and recommended soft, subtle shades that look a little different depending on the time of day. She chose colors that, in her words, we won't get tired of because they keep changing a little. We now have meadow pink (beige with a pink tinge) in our kitchen which really picks up the granite. And beach glass in the dining room, nimbus in the living room, winter solstice in the bath and sleigh bells in the upstairs bedroom. Kelly painted all the trim, baseboards and doors a semi-gloss white which has the effect of making all the colors really pop. We don't even recognize our condo! We can't say enough about her painting skills, professionalism, consideration, delightful personality and flexibility. We never came home to a mess and Kelly was great about communicating status, plans and suggestions as she went along. She is incredibly reliable and trustworthy! I would just touch base with her first thing in the morning and head off to my job with no worries. She even helped me with ideas for window treatment and rug colors. We have a small dog, and Kelly was kind enough to give her some little walks during the day. Suffice to say, we highly recommend Kelly Francis Painting. She takes pride in her work and stands behind it. You'll get more than your money's worth. Based on her work in our condo, our next door neighbor has already hired Kelly to paint her interior!

Absolutely incredible work, thoughtfulness, timeliness. I wish that I wasn't moving and hope that I find a painter in Indianapolis that is nearly as good as Kelly and her team. She came to my home for an estimate in less than 24 hours and began work the next morning. She provided a fair estimate and arrived on time. There were many details that I overlooked that she brought to my attention to aid in the sale of my home (which is being listed this weekend) - lots of extra work and touch-up was performed to complete the job. Very professional and I would recommend her work to anyone.
