showed up promptly when work was scheduled. worked quickly but thoroughly. were polite. cleaned up after themselves

They required an extra 75 to wash the small front deck and another 75 if I wanted the deck washed. They also tried to sell me on another service. They did a good job, but they did a lot of complaining about the price of the deal, and they were somewhat inflexible about the date of the service.

Received a voicemail to setup a time to have the siding cleaned after several back and forth with voicemails we were told the company would come on a Friday and the company showed up unannounced on a Monday which was a holiday (Memorial day) at 9am in the morning. Because they woke us up on a holiday we were not prepared and when I went to let my dogs outside the owner and the worker were already romping around my backyard with the gate wide open. So I had to hurry and bring the dogs back inside and wait for them to exit the backyard so my dogs could go out. At 930 in the morning we had to hurry and empty off our deck and move our metal gazebo away from the house. The owner then left and it was just one guy who was left to clean the siding on the house all day. I found it very unprofessional that they came when they wanted to without any warning or phone call to let us know which day they would be coming and made it as much as an inconvenience as possible. I would NOT recommend this company due to the fact that they did not provide enough notice that they were coming or ample time to prepare nor did they care it was a holiday.

Did a good job with windows and screens and I would use them again My windows are sparkling. Respectful of my flower beds and my interior floors when they came in to do a slightly difficult window.

They came two separate times, at my request. The first time they power washed the house and screens. After they left I noticed the screen on my slider wasn't working properly. I called them the next day and they sent someone right over and fixed the problem. They came back the next week and washed the windows, inside and out. Four guys, very professional and they were done in no time. Windows are so clean it looks like there is no glass in them!

Everything went well. They were able to get to us sooner then original date. Our house had a few spots that were extremely dirty and they were able to get it clean! For the work they did, we scored with the price!

We purchased the deal to have the windows washed. Windows, screens and sills were washed. Windows look great. Anna and Rob did the work, and both were very efficient and friendly. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Cleaned all windows inside and outside and screens. 55 total windows done expertly and completely to our satisfaction in 2 hours! Great team and great to work with. Only wish they took credit cards.

They were meticulous; the windows have never been so clean. They were on time and on budget. The best window cleaning service we have ever used. Will have hem back in the fall.

When I called they came out right away (within about 30 minutes). I was out of the house so they called me to provide me with an estimate. The cost was more than I expected so I did not move forward with the deal.

A very nice woman who was the owner was on the job with two men. They all had experience with cleaning windows. As I remember it, it cost more than we expected because we thought the cost for each window included the storm windows. Understandably the storm windows were an additional fee. They all worked nonstop for several hours. Very hard workers who knew their business well. I think these folks could really use the work. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

It was great. They did a good job. They called and came right away They were quick and thorough and windows looked great when they were done.

They did a great job, but the deal was confusing. I felt mislead by the deal saying it would clean 20 windows but the quality of the work was great.

The company came as schedules . I was very pleased with the quality and service that was provided The work in a timely manner.

Overall, the quality of the window washing was good. One gentleman in particular seems to be particularly thorough and diligent. The demeanor of the manager was very unprofessional however, which clearly affected the employees badly. With little babies in the house, having employees argue and bicker with their boss while doing their work was very stressful and quite simply, a little bizarre.

Some of the windows were old, but they did a good job with those, also. Will use them again. Very professional; owner was here along with a couple of helpers.

We've used Anna & Eddy's Window Cleaning twice now and have had great experiences both times. Anna is professional, thorough, prompt, and she and her crew do a wonderful job. They cleaned all the windows in our house, including a huge two-story picture window, as well as the gutters. They are fast and the windows are absolutely beautiful! Anna is reliable on scheduling, communicates with her customers ahead of time and on the day, and willing to come before a holiday (not always the case with window cleaners). Her crew also cleaned all the mirrors in our house as a bonus! A super service.
