Anna is very nice to work with. Good job. Due to the pandemic, they washed just outside of the windows but in and out on the 3 storm doors..

Excellent job! I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and professional team. There are 4 people in total. 2 people who do the outside window and 2 that work on the inside. They were done in an hour. Will definitely use in a annual basis!

The crew arrived a bit later than expected, but were very fast, and very efficient. The gutters were cleaned quickly. The entire job took less than one hour from start to finish.

quality of work was fine. the swearing and bickering was frequent. I would probably hire them again because the end product was good, but be forewarned that if you have small children around they may not be appropriate.

They arrived very late and therefore were in a rush I think. The work was very good but it just felt like things were moving very quickly and some attention to detail lacked. Had to redo a few items. Maybe if they were not behind for the day things would have went a little smoother.

Great! They were very nice and worked quickly. They washed all windows inside and out and even cleaned my skylights and offered to clean the gutters at the same time for a very good price.

Work quality was great. While I did not ask for it, they cleaned my gutters too. However, when it was all done - the owner told me I had a balance due. I had purchased an "all inclusive" package from Angie's List which was to include the whole house pressure washed and cleaning of up to 20 windows. I have less than 20 windows. When I asked with the balance due was for, I was told that it was for cleaning the gutters. I told her I did not ask her to clean the gutters. We "settled" on a price lower than they originally requested but I was not too thrilled with the way it was handled. Great work ethic and quality...a little to be desired in the business acumen. I paid $349 to Angies List for the Pressure washing and window cleaning but ended up having to pay another $100 for the gutters.

They came. The cleaned. They left. Working with Anna & Eddy's Window Cleaning was really that easy. I spoke with Anna to find a time that worked, they showed up, and did the work. Great service and nice people.

They came at unscheduled time, no one was home. Left a mess and then tried to charge us for more money than what was agreed upon. I would not hire again.
