Anna responded promptly, professionally, and politely to the message that I sent to her from the Angie's List website. We scheduled a date and time about 2 weeks out. She called me a day in advance with a reminder, which I appreciated. The day of the service, she and her crew arrived on time and gave me a call ( as I requested) 30 minutes in advance so that I could head home to meet them. Many of my windows are old with wooden slats that cannot be removed. They do not tilt in. Some of them are either difficult to open and close or do not stay up. So the job was challenging. Anna and her crew did a beautiful job. They were polite, efficient and careful moving my furniture and belongings to get to the windows. She honored the price that she quoted. In my opinion, the price is fair given the work that was involved. I look forward to scheduling another cleaning in the autumn and next spring with her.

They did a really nice job on the windows. Anna also cleaned my glass doors at no additional cost so that was nice.

It didn't work out well and I won't hire them again. They charged $150 extra. The windows were cleaned well but they had to take the shutters out of it and they put the shutters back in upside down. It was foul language being used and it took much too long. They called me 3 or 4 times at least in advance. It's just not for me.

Prompt service, reasonable quote, friendly people and the job was completed on time and at budget. There were no surprises.

I had a lot of trouble scheduling the service on my end, because I needed to get some other work done before they came that I had trouble scheduling, but Anna was very persistent in a very professional way. I appreciated that she was proactive in contacting me, because I was not very good about following up myself. The only issue was that she charged me for additional windows over a certain amount. I didn't think realize was a limit on the deal, but apparently there was. That was a disappointing surprise, but they did such a great job, that I quickly forgot about it and just focused on enjoying our newly washed windows! They showed up on time, had a great crew, and did a great job - sparkling clean! Great quality work.

The method used for pressure washing left the vinyl siding discolored in spots. The staff was rather unprofessional...complaining about their boss and co-workers and sharing personal stories. They also had to borrow a ladder, having forgot theirs. And as I recall, their vehicle broke down as well. They completed the service, but it was overall, an unsatisfactory experience.

The cleaners did a nice job washing the interior and exterior of all our home windows. Looking out of my windows is so clear now! They were on-time and did a thorough job. They also explained some window damage that we had, that couldn't be solved by just cleaning.

They were very efficient and polite.

Anna and her crew are fantastic. We used them twice so far and we'll be working with her every fall for our windows. She is very very thorough and her follow up and follow through are only matched by her friendliness! Anna's pricing is fair and they were done start to finish in under 2 hours.

Her people did an excellent job of cleaning windows and screens. They're a friendly but noisy crew, shouting back and forth as they worked. I had to ask for them to move furniture, even though I had checked beforehand that this was included in the service. Anna is very cordial and accommodating.

They told me that it was only good for 10 windows and I had 12 so I ended up paying like $120 or $130. B to me is not bad. It's about standard. I wouldn't say it was exceptional. We had some trouble at the beginning but then we got in touch with each other. They did hold true to their deal and so forth. Their punctuality was good. Their professionalism was very good. I'm undecided if I'll still use them in the future.

Company was very expensive if you have storm windows, they are very slow and quality of work in not good.

Great. Crew of 3 guys arrived on time, completed the work, and were a pleasure to have around.

Very prompt, considerate. Overall very good and efficient. I felt some screens were left a little streaky but I would definitely hire them again.

I spoke with Anna, right off the bat she complained that I shouldn't have been able to purchase the deal because she didn't want to do power washing anymore, but she would do it anyway. She arrived and called me to complain that my house was much bigger than she had anticipated, even though my house is 2500 square feet and the coupon was for up to 2500 square feet. She told me that she wasn't sure that she had the right equipment to reach the top of the house, so I told her to do what she could. She sounded very nice, but acted naive on the phone. When she was done she called me and said it would be $75 more, because it was a big job. I spoke to my son and he said the house looked clean. I am going to pay her the extra $75, but I would avoid using her service again, because this was clearly a bait and switch type of deal. I noticed that an previous reviewer had the exact same experience with them. Buyer beware with this company as far as buying any services they offer on Angies List.

Excellent service. Three workers arrived on time wth equipment and supplies, They worked neatly, efficiently finishing in about 30 minutes. My windows are shining clean. I couldn't be more pleased. The men were polite and respectful of my property.

This is the third time I've had Anna and Eddy's clean my windows. Anna called me mid Feb or so to schedule cleaning for the spring. First appt was rained out, rescheduled. Anna called me the day before the crew came to verify that they would be coming at designated time. The cleaning crew, three young men, were exactly on time, and set to work immediately. One on the inside and two on the outside. They have window cleaning down to a fine art I'd say. It took them 2 hours to clean all my windows, working extremely efficiently, no chit chat or time wasted. Windows crystal clear, sills also cleaned. All very polite, no nonsense crew. I will definitely continue having them come to do my windows at least once a year. I've recommended them to others as well. And the price is right! Highly recommend.
