Description of Work: They did the inside and outside of my windows. My house had more windows then the offer was for so there was a up charge which seemed reasonable. |The workers were very nice and seemed to go to go the extra mile to make things right.

Description of Work: My service was some time ago so I don't know the date. |One of the crew was very professional and did an excellent job. Another was good but missed spots and didn't want to be shown how my quirky windows worked. The real problem was the woman who was banging things, careless and unpleasant. I had carefully explained my difficult windows and agreed to pay extra, but she was still impatient as it would take longer than the normal modern house. I had been very detailed so that she could have refused the job, thus there was no excuse for her performance. |They should not be used on historic homes.

Description of Work: Our windows were cleaned inside and out. The workers were quick but efficient and very polite. The screens were removed and cleaned with the hose on my deck. My only issue was that almost half of the 24 screens were put back in upside down. I didn't realize until I was closing the windows that night. Every mirror in my home was also washed, a wonderful treat.

Description of Work: They called with an earlier opening and were able to came a day earlier than scheduled which worked out good for me. I thought they were just going to do the windows so I was delighted that they also remove and clean the screens as well. As an added bonus they also cleaned all the mirrors in the house. My wife and I were very pleased with the results. You don't realize how clean a window can look until you have it done. Well worth it and I plan on using them again.

Description of Work: I have not recommended this business as Anna was very unprofessional and disrespectful of my property. |good - They did mirrors free; entire service performed within an hour; cleaned screens as well as windows; also cleaned sills |poor - when screens removed for cleaning, they were tossed onto the ground (which could have damaged them); workers solicited me for their competative businesses; windows originally locked left unlocked (security issue); there was an extra cost for cleaning aluminium screens which was not indicated before they came.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly. Set up quickly and washed all windows, sills and mirrors in the house! Even the storm door windows! We had less than the 20 window limit. Hubby had removed all screens and grids in windows.

Description of Work: The owner was totally unprofessional. She was loud and rude. When she left to go run an errand, her workers spoke ill of her. She was not pleasant at all, and busy when she should have not been. I was glad when they finally left.

Description of Work: I would definitely hire this company again. Anna returns calls promptly; the price was fair and the cleaning of the windows excellent. I own several duplexes whose windows have not been completely cleaned in 25 years - long overdue. I was delighted to find out someone actually "cleaned windows" and did a great job. Plus I could afford the work.
