Anna & Eddy's Window Cleaning

They arrived three hours later than expected but kept me informed of their scheduling difficulty throughout the day with at least four phone calls, which I know they consider good customer service, but it became annoying, especially when the first call woke me up at 7:00 am. I don't know anyone who makes business calls that early. When they finally arrived, I was leaving the house for another commitment so I was unable to observe their work which must have been rushed. Since they arrived so late in the day, they were quickly losing daylight. The work was completed satisfactorily, however, they must have left doors wide open which you cannot do, when you are surrounded by woods, teeming with critters. Later that evening I was not too happy that I found a frog in my living room and assorted insects around the house when I also pay an exterminator to keep the critters out!

Very very well. The crew showed up close to an hour after they said they would, but got right to it. Friendly, conversational, and very reasonable as to price. Plan to call them again, regularly!

The job went very well. They did a great job on the windows. They were very professional and they got right to work. Someone washed the inside windows. Someone else washed the outside of the windows and still someone else washed all the screens. My wife was extremely pleased when she saw the results. We have already decided to book them again in the spring. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

The company came and did the work when I was not home. I hadn't set up an appointment yet and I Never talked to them. I wish they had called me first because I like to be home when anyone works on my house.

They did a good job however they were late and lied about their prices twice. Then tried to tell me I didn't count my windows properly when I have lived in my house for 10 years. I went over price and number of windows repeatedly with her. And even had the nerve to even utilize my dryer because they weren't properly prepared and still try to charge me more. A 25 dollar refund was given after I called to complain, she came back to my home with attitude according to my husband who was present at time of cleaning.

Very professional and neat. Also cleaned my two storm doors at no charge! It took them about two and a half hours which I thought was great considering there was over 10 years of grime! Anna will be calling me to book in September 2018, as this will be a yearly thing. The windows look great!

Excellent. The crew not only cleaned all windows inside and out but also 2 roof skylights and the glass on the doors without being asked. Fast, efficient, and courteous.

They did a thorough and professional job.

Anna was very communicative and responsive. When her team showed up they got right to work. Did a fantastic job on all the windows, cleaned up, etc. Would hire them again in an instant!

This was the second time I used them. The first time I used an Angie's List deal. The crew was a "little rough around the edges". When they left, they "forgot" a ladder that they left leaning against the house going up to the second floor. The second time, Anna asked me not to use an Angie's List deal because she doesn't make much money from them, so I didn't and paid her the full asking price. Different guys in this crew. The work was sub-par and quite a few windows had noticeable streaks on them.

Great. Anna called promptly to set up a appointment. My deck is very old and was quite discolored. I'm surprised at how clean and new it looks now.

Worst experience I have had with a service provider. When I called, Anna asked if she could call me back so she could check what offer on Angie's list I had purchased (for 20 windows). When she did she asked how many windows I had & what type, I told her I had 16 windows original to the house (1979) and there were storm windows. She scheduled my appointment and at no time mentioned there would be an additional charge. I was outside when she and her (very hardworking and courteous) crew pulled up and I heard her tell them I had told her they were New windows. I told her that was not what I said and she replied "I must have forgotten to write it down". I made sure the house was cool and turned on all 3 air conditioners and since it was a hot day gave her a 40% gratiuity to share with her men. She took it and then told me there would be an additional cost because there were storm windows. Although I was perplexed as to why she hadn't mentioned that when we spoke on the phone, I don't like to argue and there were only 11 windows with storms so I thought it would be nominal and asked her to send me the bill. She called me when they finished the job 2 hours later and told her I owed her over double the purchase price. Additionally, she also was moving so fast (it was the 3rd job of the day) that she forcefully pulled a blind down that was missing a piece on the top and it fell on a walnut table scratching it. When I mentioned that and that she should have been more careful and moved the furniture out of the way, she told me it was my fault because the blind was missing a piece at the top. Although it was less than a week since the job, Anna started calling and leaving numerous phone calls asking for her extra money. I wrote her about my concerns and her response has been very rude. I have referred the matter to Angie's List as I feel this is unethical and highly unprofessional. I HATE to write negative reviews and it is a shame because her team did a good job on the windows but in this case feel it is the responsible thing to do.

Went great - team came in and worked quickly. We have a dog and they were also very friendly with the dog.

They shows up on time and were very careful for my flower beds. The only thing was that they forget to clean up the back yard and deck.

They come out like an army and do a great job. I have many windows including some high, hard to reach windows and I am always happy with their work.

The job completed exceeded all of my expectations and included cleaning some areas (e.g., cement walkway and stairs) that I did not assume would be cleaned! The price was very reasonable. The person doing the cleaning was very polite, neat and did the work on a hot, humid day. Outstanding!!!
