Description of Work: The gentlemen came to clean the windows inside and out. They did a nice job and in a timely manner. The owner, Anna, however- lacks professionalism. She asked if they could come out about 4 hours earlier than scheduled on that same day. Which is inconvenient when you see working. When had to schedule AGAIN because of her conflicts, she asked if she could have them come out and clean the windows even though it was RAINING! Ummmmm...... NO... Wouldnt use again due to sheer annoyance.

Description of Work: They were to powerwash the house. When they arrived they told the price was for a smaller, one story house. My house would cost more. They also charged for cleaning the windows, although they cleaned the inside of the windows as well. The work was satisfactory but the price far exceeded the deal I purchased through Angie 's List.

Description of Work: I didn't realize how dirty my windows were until after they left! Anna, Eddy and the rest of the crew are hard working and very efficient. She is very responsive to phone calls.

Description of Work: I purchased "The Big Deal" for house power washing with bonus service. Anna was prompt with contacting me for the service but she seemed very disorganized and confused at times. It seemed as though this is either a new business or a hobby for her, not the most professional on the phone. She did try hard to work out a date though. |It took a few phone calls to work out a date and she asked me multiple times what size ladder she would need. Each time I told her I had no idea what to suggest. |I wasn't home when Anna arrived with the worker and she had called me to tell me that it would be $50 more because it required ladder work. Seems to me that should be stated in the deal. I told her I didn't agree to that and she didn't charge me. |The gentleman who actually performed the work once Anna left was very courteous and nice but we have wood clapboard and there were lots of gouge marks in it. I did tell Anna that we had wood when she first called and I wasn't worried about the paint coming off because we were power washing in preparation to paint. She said she normally doesn't like to do wood (which wasn't stated on the deal as some other companies have) but considering we were repainting she said okay. I ended up having to use wood filler in many places. |For the price, the work was fine, and if you have vinyl you are probably safe to use them, it just wasn't a very good experience for me.

Description of Work: It took several tries and missed appointments to actually get the workers here. That was frustrating. However, when they finally came, they worked quickly and the windows look terrific.

Description of Work: apt was set for 9:00am. I informed them that I was due at work at noon. they arrived at 11:15am after I called twice on the apt day, once at 9:30 and again at 10;30am, service was fast when they finally arrived. my time is precious and I will not use again.
