They were very professional & responsive. They ran a little late but did call to tell me. They went right to work when they got here. Did not waste time. Very polite.Very pleased with their work. I would definitely will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have their windows cleaned.

They were just great. Conscientious about confirming the appointment, showing up not just on time but a little ahead of time, bringing a large enough crew to get the job done quickly, and getting right down to business and getting everything done with total efficiency. The results? There's not one window that doesn't look better than it ever has, and the gutters are now set to drain without blockage for many months to come.

They were super fast and well done. They were also very patient about my having to reschedule several times.Angie's deal was a great value.

If you like sunlight or enjoy seeing the details of the birds at your feeder or simply have a pretty garden or water view to look at then you will want Anna and her team to come wash and care for your windows and screens. When they were done with my house I couldnt stop myself from just sitting and looking out the windows! It was like there wasn't even any glass there! I was so pleased with the fantastic job, efficiency, and attention to detail that Anna and her team showed in December, that I've just had her back for spring window cleaning this past week. Same amazing job! I'll never go another year without Anna coming fall and spring to do my windows! (They even clean the screens!!!) I highly recommend Anna and Eddy's Window Cleaning.

Excellent!! Anna called to set up an appointment after the deal was bought and she was available on either of the dates I suggested. They arrived on time and got right to work. The team of three did a fantastic job. They were here for about an hour, did all of my windows (a couple more than the 20 the deal covered) plus cleaned all of the mirrors in the house. They cleaned up after themselves and were done. My windows look so nice and clean I almost don't want to put my curtains back up. They did not ask me to take curtains/blinds/window treatments down prior to their appointment, but I did. I know they have other appointments and did not want to take up any more of their time. I am extremely pleased with Anna and her workers. She runs a tight ship, is very efficient and is very thorough. She double and triple checked the windows to be sure everything was done, and done correctly. Great job .

Anna was great to work with, and her crew was very capable. She was quick to respond, and very accommodating in trying to schedule around my difficult work travel schedule and still get the work done on our recently-purchased home before the holidays. We originally hired this company from an Angie's List coupon to do up to 20 windows, but when they arrived Anna offered to do the rest of our 31 windows as well, for a very reasonable incremental amount. They removed and cleaned the storm windows, as well as the divided panes on our very old windows. It was a tough job, with much built up grime and hard-to-move windows, but they were careful and thorough. We were impressed by Anna and her crew, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Anna and her team came and very quickly and professionally cleaned all of the windows in our house (about 25). The cleaned outside and inside and did a great job. We will definitely call on them again!

Anna & Eddy's Window Cleaning did a GREAT job cleaning all the windows in our 90 year old home. I doubt our windows had ever been professional cleaned in the past. Anna was great about communicating, let me know that they were running a little late for our appointment. The crew of three worked until after dark with temperature in the '30's to clean 23 double-hung windows with screens and storms. They removed all the storm windows and cleaned them thoroughly. Very pleased, Very impressed, recommended the company to all my neighbors. Anna said she would call me next fall to set up an appointment for next year's cleaning - and I will have her come out again.

Anna the owner sat in the truck while her two workers did the job. She came in for hot water initially for the workers to wash the windows. Later came in asking for tea, coffee or hot chocolate for the workers and herself. very bold, reaching into the refrigerator herself for the milk. The windows came out very clean.

They rescheduled once, due to weather, and arrived close to their scheduled time. They got right to work, and had the whole house done, some 35 windows, in a couple hours. One thing that was important to use, was getting ocean spray off the windows. I had tried but had not come up with a totally effective method. They had no problem doing it. The windows sparkle now. Too be honest, however, I will not be able to tell how clear the windows are looking through them, because I can only do that when the sun shines directly through them; and the sun is too low right now. Typically, I would have waited until the spring to clean them, but this deal came along, and we hadn't had them professionally clean since we moved in two years ago. And, I don;t expect them to stay clean through the winter, because we live right near the ocean. I will definitely have them come back in the spring, and I will right another review at that time, when I can fully assess their work. I do not expect my impression to change then.

I took advantage of the offer to have my windows cleaned (up to 20) for $149. I was contacted by Anna immediately and made my appointment for 12/5/13. She contacted me again 12/4/13, to confirm the appointment but also to indicate it might be cancelled due to the weather (rain was predicted). Anna called again 12/5/13, to tell me she and the crew were on the way to my home. The crew arrived shortly thereafter at the time scheduled. The job was completed in about an hour. The windows are spotless and the staff of Anna & Eddy's were very professional in completing the task.

Called this company and was given a per window quote from the owner. I then, in conversation, told her I used to pay $200 to my previous window cleaner while we chatted, as my friend was counting my windows. Once I told her how many windows I had, she all of a sudden decided the price was $200. When I calculated according to her original per window rate, it was $148. I confronted her and she apologized, but I would never hire someone who lied, and it was not a mistake on her part. She was trying to scam some extra cash.

They washed the screens too, apart from window cleaning. They did an excellent job. Their prices were reasonable. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
