The team arrivex n time and worked quickly and efficiently.

3 men came to do the job and they were great workers and really did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and left the windows squeaky clean. The windows were so clean that really it did not look like we had glass panes. Definitely will have them back and would recommend them if you are looking to get your windows done! 6

Perfect. Ann and her crew a great group of hardworking men) arrived at approx 10am. (They arrived early!). Job was completed at approx 3pm. The job consisted of 18 1at floor windows, 18 2nd floor windows + 2extra. The windows are not the new kind---they all had storms and like I said, they washed from inside the house and outside from windows. Also did storms. I feel like I'm living in a new house. The upstairs tenant also commented what a great job they did. Price was very fair. Will definitely call them again. I recommend them to anyone without reserve. They were terrific. Oh, and were even careful do my new little kittens wouldn't esxape

They were great, Efficient, professional and in and out so we were not tied up for the entire day. Also did all the mirrors and the master bath shower doors. Everything was sparkling. Have given their card out to several neighbor who have used them too. They were pleased with the services provided.

Anna and Eddy's were fantastic. They cleaned not only the window's, but the screens, sills, and all the tracks. They bleached the external metal frames that had some algae build up and were in and out in no time. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Update: April 25, 2015 - Provider scratched some of the windows with the tools that they used. I think it's important for the provider to know that this happened. The lady that was supposed to be there to make sure things went well left and it seemed very disorganized. I think that they did an OK job but they could have been more organized.

They scheduled promptly after I purchased deal. Three people came to perform the cleaning, two worked outside and one worked inside. They did a decent job and even cleaned bathroom mirrors too.

It went fine. Scheduling was easy and immediate. They were punctual and the professionalism was fair. They were efficient and friendly.

Excellent. These guys are great, really nice, professional, hard working, and experienced. It was a pleasure to have them here and my windows look great.

We hired a window glazer on Anna's recommendation who cheated us. Anna then defended him on grounds that I was foolish ( true) for over paying him by $124.00 and told me that he wouldnt be able to give me the over charge back because he has a baby on the way and "has to pay his rent." The glazer admitted to over charging us so he said it was only by $75.00. Though Anna and Eddie's doesnt ordinarily glaze windows, Anna stated in writng that he was working "under my company." The glazer, who isn't retuning calls, had told us that Anna took a commision from the amount we paid him. We had planned on having Anna wash our windows, but the inflated cost of the glazing was so high we cancelled.

The crew was a little loud. The work that was done was perfect.

Initial contacts were a bit hard-sell. I purchased a special which I wanted applied to cleaning of sun room windows only. Anna agreed to do the described work for the $99 purchased price after I described the job. She also convinced me to have the rest of the house done for $8 a window. When the workers arrived, they told me Ana wanted $16 a window for the sunroom, which I rejected. She had agreed to do that room for the $99 prepaid, and I was not happy with the sudden change. I told them not to clean those windows, as I was unwilling to pay the new price. I admit those were large sliders, but I had told Anna that from the start. Additionally, there were some very small windows (for example a small octagonal window) that they had no problem charging me full price for. The crew cleaned the remaining windows throughout the house. They were neat, professional, fast, and very good. I have no complaints at all with the quality of the service.

Had to wait a month for service, probably due to the Angie's Deal. Did a great job and were neat and professional. Quality of work was excellent. Only drawback was that I paid $149 for a home with 20 windows and I had to pay an extra $400 for 2 extra windows, 5 sets of French door glass inserts and 5 doors with glass portions. Would have liked to know extra amount and breakdown before beginning of job.

They did a GREAT job! Although the job was scheduled to be done next week, Anna stopped by yesterday to see if they could do the job because they were doing another house down the street. We said sure and when Anna returned with her guys they immediately attacked the house and did a spectacular job. We knew the windows needed to be cleaned but had no idea how much of a difference having the screens cleaned would make. Anna and her crew went above and beyond what we expected and we look forward to their return next spring.

Windows sparkle. They have never been this clean. Screens were cleaned as well. They arrived promptly, actually a little early, They were in and out very fast and they worked very hard. I will definitely hire again.

My experience with Anna & Eddy's Window Cleaning Service was excellent. The workman were neat and efficient. I will call them again in the Fall.

They did a great job! Anna herself and a three man crew showed up a little later then originally planned but she kept in contact with me the whole time so I knew that they were running late and what time to ultimately expect them. Once they arrived they basically swarmed over the house and cleaned everything they saw that contained glass...I was really impressed with the quality of the work, the friendliness and respectfulness of the workers and the speed in which it was done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I purchased the service on the Angie's List website before I contacted them. When I did call to schedule she said that she was scheduling about three weeks out. When I explained our situation (we were selling our place and needed the windows washed prior to having pictures taken for the listing), she bent over backwards to get it done in our time frame and it was done the next week. Overall they did a great job and we would definitely use them again if we were not moving out of state. One hint if you are going to use them. Call and schedule first before purchasing on the Angie's list site because they are pretty busy and you may not get the service done when you want it done.

Took all day. Did leave tracks with dirt on newly cleaned floors

The service was fine, the work done well. However, the boss and one of the employees were arguing in my basement; and something was dumped in my driveway that left a stain. I tried to hose is off, but stain still there.

Their service was good. They did a good job. They're busy folks, they can clean windows good.

Anna and her two workers were very pleasant. Worked around my schedule and arrived promptly on Monday morning. The windows have never looked so clean.
