Description of Work: I hired them first as an AL Big Deal to clean ten windows, with screens and storms. They did a very good job and I liked the crew, so I had them come back a few weeks later to do the rest. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them. They are fast and meticulous. I gave a B grade for professionalism because on their first visit for the AL Big Deal I was not informed of or quoted up front the additional fees for oversized windows. We did a walk around the house at the beginning to identify the ten windows I wanted done, and that would have been the right time to put me on notice that the AL Big Deal wasn't going to cover what I wanted. (Actually the right time would have been to mention window size limits in the offer terms on AL.com.) But I considered the extra charges fair.

Description of Work: Anna squeezed me in because I was putting my house on the market. They came 2-3 hours later than appointment, but she called and explained they were running late. There were 4 - 5 people working and it was quite a whirlwind. In general they did a good job.

After a few back and forth emails/VMs, the appointment was scheduled. They did a terrific job. I have about 25 windows some of odd shape and they washed every one along with the screens and the mirrors throughout my house and did it within 2 hours. Well worth it!
