Description of Work: Ocean State House cleaning came to my house for a "first time clean" on 3/15. I set up this appointment to try them out for basic cleans; I wanted to see how they worked before i asked them to come into my home on a regular basis. Two cleaners arrived a little after 11am. my first impression was that the cleaners were very friendly. they both came in and introduced themselves and made me feel comortable allowing them to be in my home. After a quick tour of my three bedroom, on bath house, and me pointing out a few things i was most concerned about they set to work. About two hours later, which i thought was good timing they asked me to look around. I was very impressed! couldnt have been more happier with the cleaning. my bathroom looked sparkeling clean and my floors were shinning. needless to say i asked them to come back for bi-weekly cleaning. I have had one cleaning since then and the results were the same. my next cleaning is tomorrow and im excited to be comeing home from work to a clean house and not having to worry about doing it all myself. I have already recommened them to a few friends and i will continue to do so in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house right before I moved in and made it sparkling. They made the bathroom look brand new. The previous owners had left in a hurry and I was overwhelmed with the moving process and hiring them was one of the best decisions I ever made. I have them come by twice a month now and I look forward to seeing them every time. Everyone I have spoken to in the company has treated me like I am their most important customer. I recommend them to everyone!

Description of Work: Typical housecleaning. They were great with punctuality. I do not like their cleaning products. When the sun shines in the house after they leave, I can see tons of smears. After calling them, I found they don't use water in cleaning the bathrooms. They don't dust well, nor move furniture when vacuuming or mopping. Horizontal surfaces get ignored. They're quite reasonably priced if you don't want much other than a quick run-through. Very nice people, though.

I AM SHOCKED, TO SAY THE LEAST, OVER THIS REPORT. ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS SAME CLIENT CALLED US FRIDAY EVENING (2/13) TO TELL US THAT SHE THOUGHT THAT KARA HAD DONE A WONDERFUL JOB ON HER CLEANING DONE THAT SAME DAY. AT NO POINT DID THIS CLIENT EVER CALL THE OFFICE TO LET ME KNOW THAT SHE HAD CHANGED HER MIND AND HAD PLANNED ON LEAVING SUCH A SCATHING REVIEW ON MY COMPANY. AT NO POINT DID THIS CLIENT EVER CALL THE OFFICE TO ALSO LET ME KNOW THAT SHE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CLEANINGS. IF SHE HAD, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF ANY ISSUES SHE HAD PROMPTLY. THE CLEANING SUPPLIES WE USE CONSIST OF WELL-KNOWN CLEANING PRODUCTS. IN EVERY TRAY OF CLEANING PRODUCTS WE STOCK GLASS PLUS WINDOW CLEANER, SCRUB FREE AND SCRUBBING BUBBLES BATHROOM CLEANER, PLEDGE OR ENDUST FOR DUSTING, SWIFFER DUSTERS FOR WOODWORK AND HARD TO REACH AREAS, MR. CLEAN FOR FLOORS, COMET FOR SCRUBBING SINKS, ECT. THESE PRODUCTS ARE CONSIDERED SAFE FOR HOME USE AND ARE ALSO HIGH QUALITY CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT DO A MORE THAN SUFFICIENT JOB AT TACKLING HOUSEHOLD DIRT AND GRIME. WE USE THEM BECAUSE THEY WORK WELL AND ARE SAFE FOR BOTH OUR CLEANING STAFF AND OUR CLIENTS. WE ALSO USE SOME ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CLEANING PRODUCTS, ALSO KNOWN AS “GREEN” CLEANING PRODUCTS. WE USE THESE PRODUCTS AT THE REQUEST OF THE CLIENT AND IT IS MADE KNOWN TO THE CLIENT FROM THE START THAT WE DO NOT FEEL THAT THESE PRODUCTS DO AS GOOD OF A JOB CLEANING DIRT AND GRIME AS MORE TRADITIONAL PRODUCTS DO. THEY HAVE A TENDENCY TO STREAK AND NOT CLEAN AS WELL. USING A “GREEN” BATHROOM CLEANER AS AN EXAMPLE, THEY TEND NOT TO BREAK UP SOAP SCUM IN THE TUB/SHOWER PARTICULARLY WELL AND THIS MAKES IT HARD FOR THE CLEANER TO GET THE SHOWER/TUB AS SPOTLESS AS WE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MAKE IT USING A TRADITIONAL CLEANER. THAT SAID, THIS CLIENT INSISTED THAT WE USE THESE “GREEN” PRODUCTS EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS WARNED THAT THEY DO NOT DO AS GOOD A JOB. AS FOR HER CLAIM THAT WE DO NOT USE WATER WHILE CLEANING, THIS IS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY FALSE. IN CONCLUSION, THIS REPORT LEFT BY THIS CLIENT IS NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF MY COMPANY.
