They did a great job......I am very happy with their work. Very professional and polite. I will always request the same 3 girls (Kerry, Tammy and Kim) They make a great cleaning team. Sweet as can be. I am telling all my friends.....these girls are fab!!!!!

Two women (I lost the page with their names--apologies--they were SOOOO nice) came to my home. They had excellent suggestions about what should be done. They worked VERY,, VERY hard for four hours. My home looked great when they were done. The women were personable and professional. They totally earned their $$$. Only bad thing--I should have called them sooner!!! I do not know why I never had anyone come to clean my home prior to last week. I will not be so foolish as to not call again. I would have Ocean State clean my home again...and again...and again.

The company offered consistently good service on both visits to our home. Kara is the representative I worked with, both on the phone for initial contact, pricing, and setting up appointments as well as for the cleaning per se. She is pleasant, polite, and productive. She works efficiently and with concentration. She is not robotic, as were several other cleaners I hired in the past. That is, she tailors her work to the unique situation at hand and consults with me along the way to make choices to be sure we are on the same page. She is sensitive and intelligent: paying respectful attention to an elderly person in the home & being careful around delicate objects (i.e., grand piano, antique lamps, etc.). Kara also made an effort to accommodate my work schedule.

They did an outstanding job and we are just thrilled with the service. We initially submitted a request for an estimate on their website and we had a response within a few hours. The price they quoted us was exactly what we paid and not a penny more. I am so impressed because we have used a couple of the larger franchised maid services in the past and always wound up paying more than the price quoted. They send out a team of 3 cleaning ladies who actually showed up on time which is the other thing we were impressed about. They were very pleasant and worked straight through until the house was cleaned. The quality of the work they did was excellent and we will refer this company to our family and friends if they need a house cleaning service.

We used to use a much more expensive service and changed because OSHC is much more reasonably priced. They do a good job and Anne Aldridge, the owner, is very responsive so if things are not done as we expected them to be she gets on the problem and makes sure it's done properly.

I love having my home cleaned up and my bathrooms sanitized for me. The heating system in my house creates a lot of dust, and it used to make my asthma act up alot. Since I started using this company 7 months ago, not only is my house cleaner, but I breathe alot easier and don't have as many coughing problems. The same girls come to my house every time and they're incredibly nice. They are quick, and I love how great the house smells when they are done. I used to use another cleaning company, and they cost alot more and the quality of the cleanings wasn't as high. Ocean State House Cleaning costs are very affordable, and their employees simply do great work.

I've been using this company for months and the girls always do a great job. I have a dog that sheds everywhere and they pay very good attention to the hair for me. They're also very considerate and flexible with scheduling. The same girls come every clean and are very pleasant. They clean my house better than I ever could and they do it quickly which I appreciate. Another thing I love is the price and the security, they aren't as expensive as some of the larger companies, but they're bonded and insured which puts me at ease verses those people who work alone.

I contacted them from their web site and received an immediate reply via email, which is my preferred contact method. Anne, the owner, was very professional and helpful. They are pet-friendly, which is very important to me because I have two small dogs. They do an excellent job with pet hair as well!! I would highly recommend this company. I came from Molly Maids, which I left because they raised their prices after I offered to increase the cleaning frequency. Ocean State does a better job for a more reasonable price.

I haven't heard any complaints from the tenants. They were professional and got back to me very quickly. They were very easy to work with. I would certainly recommend them.

When I called they made the appointment for that same week. They showed up on time. There where three of them that came out. the mopped and vacuumed my floors. They where quick. Hard working and responsive. Found their price affordable. I use them weekly.

The first few visits went well; 2 cleaners worked for 2 hours. But on the third visit they left after 1 1/2 hours and on the fourth visit they left after 1 hour and 10 minutes and the quality was poor. After I complained, it got much better. They sent a new cleaning person who was consistently excellent. Unfortunately, after a few months, they stopped sending her and sent a couple of different cleaning people, who were mediocre. After I complained again, they started bringing checklists which I assumed would be used to ensure all areas were cleaned, but the girls just stood in the kitchen checking everything off, so something was always missed (one week it was a toilet and many times it was under the beds, even though I specifically asked for them to be cleaned). So after about 6 months of service, I decided not to continue with them.

The business owner, Anne, came for the first two visits to oversee the cleaning and ensure that our special needs were met. The work always surpassed my expectations and cleaners were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. I would recommend this company highly.

This service is FABULOUS! My call was immediately returned and all of my questions were answered. They arrived on time and were courteous, professional, focused, VERY diligent,and they worked on it until the job was done. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service to anyone; I have already scheduled their next visit.

THEY COME EVERY TWO WEEKS ON SCHEDULE. THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH, AND THEY ARE FLEXIBLE, SO IF I NEED THEM TO SWITCH A DAY, THEY WILL. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR CLEANING, AND I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE.

I LIKE USING THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ASK ME WHAT I WANT DONE EACH WEEK AND THEN MAKE SURE THAT IT IS FINISHED BEFORE THEY LEAVE. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND I REALLY HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH THIS CLEANING SERVICE. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. I AM ALWAYS IMPRESSED TO FIND THAT THEY HAVE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS OF CLEAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
