All work was done professionally. The electrician Jeff sent was courteous and cleaned up after himself. Due to a miscommunication, the electrician was late, but apologized profusely and owned it - didn't give excuses, which I respect immensely. When all was said and done, he offered a significant discount to his quoted price to make up for the inconvenience, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Foster Electric again, and my mother, who happened to be at my house when the work was done, took one of their business cards as well. I'm very satisfied.

The Installation was perform exactly as discussed, for the price quoted. They showed up on time, we're very friendly and professional. The installation was done neatly and quicker than expected.

Fine, no problem Jeff is very easy to work with. He showed up when he said, did the work as requested, let us know what he was doing and was very reasonable. Couldn't ask for better in an electrician!

Jeff Foster and two assistants arrived on the agreed time and spent six hours handling a number of electrical tasks that I had identified. They were very agreeable as I asked for tasks that I had not previously identified. All of the work was done to our satisfaction and the bill was less than the initial estimate. They also gave me the Angie's List discount that they advertised. I could not have had better service.

I contacted Mr. Foster to get a quote on some electrical work we needed done, e.g. moving outlets, hanging a fan, new light switches. He was very nice on the phone and seemed eager to do the job. We planned on him coming out to our house the following Saturday afternoon and he promised to call when he was on his way so we could be sure to be home. Well Saturday came and went with no call. So I called him that evening to make sure that I hadn't messed up the dates and he told me that a family emergency had come up and he didn't have my phone number with him so he couldn't let us know he wouldn't make it. I completely understood, things like this happen all the time. So he promised to call me back the next day to reschedule a visit. It has now been 5 days and still no call from Mr. Foster. It wouldn't be so bad if he was running a 1-man operation but he told me that he had multiple people working for him, so why couldn't one of them take his place if he was still dealing with his family troubles? I don't know what the story is but I do know that we definitely won't be recommending this company to anyone.

I wasn't there but my husband couldn't have been more complimentary of the service. We highly recommend them. We got bids from several electricians, most of whom quoted higher prices and told us we needed to have a lot more work done than necessary. Foster actually came in $400.00 under his quote. When he gave the quote he said it was the absolute max the service would cost which made us feel more comfortable. The fact that it came in lower was a huge bonus.

He did a great job! The pool timer was not easy to find, and he worked diligently to find the proper timer for us. The flood lights are perfect. We would definitely use him again.

He called to say he could be early for the first appointment to look over the work. He arrived surveyed the work and completed most of it on the spot. He refused payment for that work and the work that still needed to be done which I offered knowing he had to buy parts. He returned as promised with an assistant and completed the work. Excellent!

He's timely, very efficient, smart, and cost effective. I was very impressed with him.

Normal after hours service call at 7pm would be $125 but gave me a discount down to $50 because no true manual labor was involved despite traveling an hour to get to me which I found to a testament to his solid character. He was impressive, professional and I will not hesitate to call him again when I have an electricity issue. He was the only one, of the electricians I called that actually picked up his phone right away in the middle of a job and was responsive through the time he got to my house.

Project is still in process but so far I'm very pleased

We call him almost all the time and I refer him out all the time. We plan on doing a lot of family movie nights outside and we need to have the electrical right there at the shed where the movie screen is than to run cords from the house. We already had the pipe running in there but the mice ate the wires. It is actually really inexpensive. Every time we call him, he comes either that day or the next day. He has always shown up when he said he was going to. He is somebody that we like and we trust so we use him. He is very reliable and he makes us comfortable. He is just friendly, very nice and very clean. And I have never had to call him back on anything that he has done. We also talked to him about maybe doing the electrical for the pool when and if we ever do that.

It went extremely well. I never thought that he would fix the problem so quickly. It was a great experience!

Jeff and his son came out within a few days of the call, showed up on time, were clean and careful, installed the light fixture according to my preferences (3 hanging pendants at different heights from 1 ceiling surface mounted fixture). Price was outstanding for our area. Definitely would use again and recommend. Obtained a quote for a whole house generator. Will be contacting Foster Electric as soon as we are ready to undertake that project.

When I first called Jeff for an estimate on the service he didn't even need to come out to look at the job. Asked what I had and what I wanted, gave me an estimate over the phone. He came on a Saturday and worked until the job was done. We weren't put out at all, he told us that the power to house would be out for while but everything would be back on and running withing a few hours. He was very clean and picked up everything after himself, not even a wrapper left behind. We called Jeff back to come look at the bathroom and bedroom. Again, everything was done just as he said he would do it, no fuss no muss. The celing fans were an afterthought and he accomidated our request to hang them, he didn't offer another date to come back he fit us into his schedule no problem. I will be hiring Jeff again in future to install a generator. I have also referred Jeff to family and friends and I know he has done excellent work for them as well.

The electrical inspector commented on the quality of their work. I liked the professionalism of their work, but appreciated their sense of humor. On the day they came back to do the finish, we had two plumbers, two carpenters, and two painters working on different projects simultaneously. They were great about accommodating the others and getting their work done. They are very busy, but they worked with us to get the job done in time for the other sub contractors we had lined up. This is the third time that Jeff has done work for us, and we would recommend him without reservations.
