The owners of County wide were prompt, they did a wonderful job and it was completed in a timley manner, they cleaned up after themselves. Overall I had an excellence experience with them and I have already recommended them to friends of mine.

The technician showed up on time. Went out of his way to explain things to me. The amount quoted to me over the phone was what I was charged even though he found some problems with my unit. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.

They replaced my furnace and air conditioning unit and zoned my home to balance the temperature throughout. Thy did a wonderful job. Professional and speedy. I can't get over how much more pleasent my home feels after their work.

I spoke to Chris at Country Wide on the phone after my call was transfered to him and he was at my house 15 minutes later. He diagnosed and fixed my issues withing an hour. I will be calling them again and have alrady recomended them to a friend.

Received a phone call from Ken within a minute after my ServiceMagic request. It was in the afternoon. Ken setup an appointment for the service next day 7 AM. Chris from County Wide Mechanical was at my door at exactly 7AM. Sound like a magic, and it is magic to get an AC man so fast, especially when it's hot and the only thing you want, that AC is working. The job was done very professionally and neatly. Thank you Ken and Chris!

Svc call on 05/05/09 Kenneth said that we needed to replace the thermostat - so...... no word from him on 05/11/09 called him again - he said he had to order the part from Rhode Island (whatever that meant) for a TRUE floral case. On 05/13/09 called again because we are now losing flowers and he still doesn't have the part and don't know when he would be getting it. I am sorry, I just don't believe a thermostat takes more than a week to get.

Ken won our job with the best equipment, explanations, and price against 3 other contractors. We choose a Buderus system w/indirect DHW. The install was done in one day as Ken stated in our contract.The system is operating perfectly and it is great to have unlimited hot water for our family. After doing a beautiful install, Ken and brother Chris were on their hands and knees cleaning our basement floor. Top notch all the way! Great company, great people.
