The issue that they came to fix turned out to be a bit more tricky to nail down than originally thought. But diligence paid off and the problem seems to have been fixed. This took longer than expected and took a few extra parts, but they stood by the original price. Very happy with the work and the personnel!

County Wide has provided heating services for some time. I have had nothing but exemplary service from them. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I've needed them for emergency work on two occasions, and they were responsive and resolved my problems in one visit. The service tech always explains exactly what he's done, why he did it, and what his recommendations would be for the future. They always clean up after themselves, and never leave me with follow up work. I recommend them without reservation.

I have used County Wide Mechanical several times over the past several years on 2 different properties that I own and referred them to others who have used their services. They are a very professional company with a high level of commitment to the customer. My needs were always answered promptly, efficiently, and economically. My most recent technician, Sean, was very helpful and listened to my Central A/C concerns and explained options to satisfy my needs in a clear manner. I would highly recommend County Wide to everyone.

We recently had to install a new central HVAC system and decided to give the job to County Wide Mechanical Services LLC. Not only did they beat 3 other price quotes, but their service was stellar from beginning to end. Even with a few last minute changes, they were absolutely amazing. Absolutely can highly recommend this very professional company. Super impressed!

My call to Tyler for repairs was great and detailed notes were taken of everything said about my air conditioning problem. They ended up coming over early which was great and were able to find and fix the problem quickly while explaining what he was doing and showing me the problem when found. After Nick checked my vent and outside unit for any issues. I didn't compare prices, so not sure about that I am planning on hiring them again for other projects.

From the initial contact through the services performed, I was VERY PLEASED with my experience. I would hire this company again without question. The initial phone call and scheduling person (Tyler, I believe) was sympathetic to my situation and was able to schedule a technician to come out THE NEXT DAY! (Very rare these days). The tech that came out (Mike) was polite, professional and got right to work fixing the central A/C unit and we were back up and running in less than an hour! Mike clearly knows his trade well and I would highly recommend Mike to anyone! These two employees are ones the company owner should keep and keep happy! I will definitely use this company again in the future...

They were a little late because they were finishing up an emergency elsewhere. Mine wasn't an emergency, so I didn't mind too much. They kept me aware of his changing arrival and gave me the option to reschedule. When he got there the truck was stocked with just what he needed to get the job done, so he was able to fix our leaky toilet in one trip. Great experience.

Repairmen were polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Quickly identified the cause of the leaks under three different bathroom sinks where the plunger ball intersects the drain line. Would definitely hire again.

All personnel who came to my home were professional, pleasant and excellent workers. I really appreciated the prompt response after I completed my Home Advisor online information. My first appointment was scheduled for 2 days after the initial call. Couldn't ask for better service.

It is still very early to do this rating as the job is not completely done yet. I had to have my central air replaced and the main part of the work was done two days ago, but they will come back in 2 weeks to create a separate zone for the 2nd floor. The salesman & 2 workman were very pleasant. The arrived on time (actually early) and worked constantly until the job was done. Yesterday I turned the new a/c on it is very noisy -- much more so than my older system. I felt the noise in my feet through the floor last night, but i have not called them yet to report this. As I said at the beginning, it is really too early for this type of a review.
