As good an installation experience as we have ever had. From Tyler on the phone, to Nick coming out a few minutes early and getting the job done in a timely manner. Even took the packaging back to recycle. Nick was professional, knowledgeable, polite -- flawless.

Did not receive a quotation prior to the service even though I had asked. I also did not receive a receipt of payment. I called their office and complained about the overcharge as well as not as provided a receipt. The service tech. made a comment that they receive commissions on their individual sales. I will report to the BBB and CT Dept of Consumer Affairs.

They showed up on time, came in located the problem. They made the necessary repairs, cleaned up and they were out of there. Problem resolved .

The company called me in the morning before my appointment to let me know that Mike was on his way and let me know when to expect him. Mike arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do. When he was done, he let me know what was recommended to do and if I wanted it done. The price to do everything was within my budget and not expensive. He was very informative and answered all my questions. When I called to make my appointment they were very nice and was able to make an appointment the next day if I wanted. I would use this company again.

I called these guys set the appointment and they went above and beyond to help us. They were helpful, nice and all and all a wonderful company. I will do business with them again

This project ended up being a bit more tricky than first thought, but they kept at it until it was fixed and stayed within budget.
