County Wide Mechanical Services stands behind their work and will come back if you are not satisfied. I had a sink drain and faucet replaced and a small leak developed. They came back out that evening and repaired the problem and I haven't had an issue since. Their technicians are courteous and pleasant to deal with and do their best to please the customer. Be aware that they are at the top of the pricing table so prepare yourself when the bill is presented.

Country Wide replaced three toilets and a garbage disposal. Also flushed the hot water heater and fixed a DIY bath tub item I screwed up. They did a good quality job with all. Kudos to Sean and Ryan for the efficient job and friendly and attentive service. A few concerns: 1) Cost was higher than HomeAdvisor's average cost (I knew the cost before the project got started); 2) I was easily talked into the 2-3" higher toilet, which, with my shorter legs, I am still trying to get used to, and 3) There was some clean-up I had to do when they left, but not major. Overall, a good experience.

On time and shop stayed in touch. Workmanship I felt was excellent. Installed a vent-less radiant gas heater I purchased for my Billiards/Rec room in basement. They tied into existing gas stove line. Guys were very pleasant/knowledgeable, listen to my concerns. Clean and very neat work. The install is ready for future add-on's such as a bathroom GAS heater, basement heater and deck gas grill. I've been out of the construction business for a while and felt job was a bit pricey, but in took in account they back up their workmanship 100%. I WILL have them return to do additional work soon.
