Response from New England Carpet Cleaning Inc
Firstly, thank you to Angie’s List to allow a business owner the opportunity to reply to customer reviews and allow us a fair response. With all due respect, we find your review unfair and inaccurate of our company and conversations we had both over Angie's List message center and via phone. We tried multiple attempts to reach out to you to let you inform us if there was parking at your residence for our service vehicle. The area location as far as city, town, or such is not this issue. We have serviced the area of Boston in the past. The only concern we have, as stated above is that we need to have our service vehicle at the customers residence and not three blocks away at a vehicle meter as you had suggested. We can not have our equipment and hoses extending such areas, it is not practical. Even if we were to use a portable machine to transport it such distances to a residence is impractical. And, how can we provide proper cleaning and attention to your rugs if we had to constantly run blocks to obtain further equipment or cleaning supplies and refill and constantly recheck meters for expiration times. We do our best to be courteous and respectful of all our customers regardless of how they treat or speak with us, and to say we were rude and hung up the phone is incorrect and a misrepresentation of who we are as a company. As customers can see from reviews posted by other customers, courteous and friendliness is what New England Carpet Cleaning is known for and what we always strive to provide.
