The carpet didn’t stay clean very long,not saying that is his fault, but it seemed to have no protection against getting dirty

Mr. Soares came out to clean several carpets that had been previously cleaned by another carpet service and did a MUCH better job. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. The carpets look beautiful. Joe explained everything he was going to do (and not do) and took the time to talk to us about our expectations. We would recommend New England Carpet Cleaners to anyone!

Very well! The stains were stubborn ..... there was a pre treatment the cleaning and a follow up treatment. Joe will come back as needed to be sure the treatment has done its job.

Very well. Needed two areas cleaned and Joe was very helpful. We worked around some very humid days so the carpets would dry properly. One does not find that sort of consideration very often. I will definitely use him for my future carpet cleaning.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Kept me informed and explained every detail of the cleaning. Including recommending that we have a pet treatment done, which was not expensive at all and I am glad he did, as it made a huge difference in the cleanliness of the carpets. We will definitely use them again.

Joe Soares (the company owner) works on his own now and does all the work. And he clearly knows carpet cleaning and showed up with a van outfitted with all the supplies and cleaners to tackle any job. Joe is also very friendly yet efficient. He came on a Sunday and cleaned all the carpets in a few hours. The job came out FAR better than expected because not only were the carpets perfectly clean, his cleaning also caused all the carpet depressions where furniture had been sitting for years to become barely noticeable. More importantly he somehow fixed the drag marks so they weren't noticeable at all! I don't know how he did that but it's wonderful!

Joe cleaned the bedrooms and hall/stairs carpeting. Got out old stains in a couple of areas. Very happy with service. Definitely would recommend him and use him again.

He did a great job cleaning the carpets. The scheduling was easy and very responsive.

He arrived on time, and immediately impressed me with his knowledge during the walk through. He knew how to handle high end wool carpets as well as low end synthetic berbers. He didn't mind lugging his equipment up and down stairs from the top floor all the way to the basement.

Joe is professional in all aspects of his work. I initially emailed him and he returned my inquiries with a prompt and courteous phone call. He was able to schedule a cleaning around my availability. My rugs look fantastic. Joe was a complete gentlemen and an expert in his trade. We highly recommend his services and will only be calling him in the future.

Everything went very well. Joe was very accommodating and punctual. Did a great job and I felt as if the price was reasonable. I would use him and would be happy to recommend him to someone else.

It was 6 p.m. on a rainy Wednesday night when we called Joe in a panic. Our daughter had just spilled a half-gallon of bright purple pain on the tan rug in our upstairs hallway. After giving us some immediate direction overt he phone of what to do and what not to do until he could get there, Joe proceeded to check in with another client and see if they could reschedule. Thankfully they were flexible, and Joe was at our front door steamer in hand in about 30 minutes. It was pouring outside and pitch black, but he was determined to help us out. His professionalism and knowledge were impressive, as was his dedication. He worked on the spot as long as he could without running the risk of ruining our hardwoods underneath. Considering how much paint we spilled, he did a great job getting up much of it. But he was also clear and honest up front about the unlikelihood of getting the rug 100% clean. We appreciated his candor and his easygoing approach in the midst of a somewhat stressful situation. He was a pleasure to work with and we plan to have him doing our rugs for years to come.

Joe was very responsive and honest about what he thought would come out of the carpets. To my shock he removed some nailpolish someone had spilled on one of the carpets and an old food stain on our family room rug. He will also take oriental rugs and have them cleaned and returned. We were more than satisfied with his service.

They did the service in October. They did carpet and upholstery cleaning. They're pricing is on the high side and there was some of the carpet that weren't as clean as we expected them to be. The workers were very friendly.

My one tiny gripe is the quote given was for 1 mattress and 1 staircase more than I had done, but was charged the same price. Now, that is a small gripe. On to the good stuff: Very timely, and called ahead to confirm Explained what was going on through the process Showed me some tips and tricks to keeping things good Was extremely careful with personal stuff I've used at least 4 different carpet cleaners in the past. There's only two I would ever go to - and the other one is in Toronto! Joe does the work himself, shows up when he says he will and gets it right. Is there much more you want from a contractor? Nope.
