Very professional service. We get our carpets cleaned every fall, but they have never been this clean. We are very happy with how they turned out and would absolutely use their services again.

Our oriental rugs had a moth infestation. Joe from New England Carpet Cleaning picked them all up (about 10 of them) and cleaned and treated them quickly. He did a great job and was super punctual and communicative. He repaired one that needed new leather edging with no extra charge.

He couldn't have done a better job. The rugs that were stained came back like new. The rugs he cleaned at our home not only looked clean but felt so clean when you walked on them. I will surly call him the next time we need carpets cleaned.

He called ahead to say he was on his way so it was easy to be there when he came to pick up the rugs. The oldest rug was very dirty and he cleaned it several times before he felt it was as good as it was going to get. Would definitely have him back -- and more often!

I was very pleased with the outcome of my upholstery cleaning, especially since all three pieces were so badly soiled due to pet stains and grandchildren's greasy little hands. I really didn't expect any miracles but I thought I would give it a try since I love my furniture so much. I was told that there were no promises before the cleaning started but I can honestly say I was so happy when he was done, although not perfect, all looks so much better and I'm still able to use it. Thank you Joe, I'm sure we will be using your services in the future.
