Went great - best carpet cleaning we have ever had done! Joe was very professional, thorough, conscientious and courteous. Did everything as promised and the results surpassed our expectations. Great character - great work ethic. Worth every penny and we will hire him again!

We purchased a Big Deal from this business. Right away, we agreed on a date for service. On the assigned date and right on time N. E. Carpet Cleaning arrived. The gentleman was very personable and friendly. He asked if there were any stains or soiled areas, We have two Labs so there were a few "accident areas" that he treated specially. He then sprayed an enzyme solution on the rugs to counteract the animal smell bacteria and the went over every square inch of both rugs with his powerful machine. We have wood floors and there wasn't a drop of liquid on the floor. When he was done, the rugs looked brand new and the entire room smelled "clean", not just deodorized, there's a difference. Well worth the money.

he did a beatiful job on both carpets , the one on sunporch where my dogs like to stay in the summer came out so clean,and no after smell of harsh chemicals.

Joe was very nice and professional. He takes great pride in his work. He did a great job with my carpet and worked h****** a red stain and was able to lighten it considerably but I was already aware that it was probably permanent. I will not hesitate to call him again when my carpet is ready for another cleaning.

I called 3 carpet cleaners - all with high Angie's List reviews. New England carpet cleaning was the only one who picked up my call - the others I had to leave messages for call back. One called back (Steampro), one did not (All Star), but the fact that I didn't have to go through the hassle of a message/call back, and the fact that they were the least expensive made with go with them. The service was great. I got an appt with just a couple of days notice, he was right on time, and he did a great job.

He was great, and tried his best to get the sectional spotless, but I have three big dogs, and that was next to impossible anyways. I highly recommend him. Prompt, polite, and professional.

Joe Soares, the owner of New England Carpet Cleaning Inc., did an outstanding job cleaning our condominium's dirty and stained stairway carpets on Tuesday, August 20th, 2013. I asked him if could clean our oriental wool and silk carpets in our condo/home. He looked at the carpets and said he could clean them. He wasn't kidding. The cleaning results were amazing. The colors of the cleaned carpets "popped" and the rugs looked like new. Joe used environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals and first rate/professional cleaning mobile cleaning system. The cost/benefit of his work was exceptional. I plan to have him back this week to clean our front stairway carpets.

He was excellent. He treated me as if I were spending $1000.00. He treated me with a great deal of respect and it was a very good experience. He did a very fine, thorough job.

Everything went smoothly. He arrived on time. He was personable and we spoke about my carpet. He suggested ways to clean different spills and areas of my carpet in the future. Additionally he told me what NOT to use on my carpets to clean spills and stains. I was even given some useful information about cleaning the hard wood floors in my kitchen and eating area of my home. He went to work as soon as he arrived and worked diligently for the entire time he was at my home. He was very careful and cleaned up after himself. He told me when it would be OK to return some of the pieces of furniture that I had moved to their proper places and indicated that there most likely would be a 5-6 hour drying time required. He also stated that, with clean shores or without shoes, I could walk on the carpet pretty much immediately after he worked on them.

It went great and I will use them exclusively in the future. They not only did everything quickly but were easy to have around in the house. We even added some things for them to do and got a very fair price. They even analyzed the carpet we had and gave us advice on how to spot clean, etc.

It was just one person. He did a really good job. The only thing was, he was an hour late. I can understand that you get stacked up on different jobs. He did a super job. It came out beautiful.

The service was prompt and most responsive. The carpets and the grout a bit cleaner. Apparently, the carpet and the tiles were too long without cleaning, which I agree, and the provider was able to make only small difference.

He did a great job- very clean with no residual stains or odors. He did give me a window of 11-12 noon and I had to call him at 12:15 because he hadn't arrived. He was very apologetic when he arrived at 12:45. He offered to clean my stairs for free and I took him up on it. Overall, I am quite pleased with his work.

I wanted to have the carpets cleaned in two bedrooms after just having them painted. I called New England Carpet Cleaning at the suggestion of a neighbor. The owner, Joe, scheduled me right away for the day I requested, arrived right on time, and did a very thorough cleaning. I thought the price for two bedrooms (one large, one meduim sized) was quite reasonable - $75. My bedrooms are in the back of the house - Joe wore "booties" over his shoes to keep front floors clean, and he cleaned the path from the front to back where his hoses had been before he left. I thought he did a great job and will definitely call him again.

I TRY TO USE THEM AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR TO GET OUT ALL THE GROUND IN DIRT AND STAINS FROM OUR CARPET. IT REALLY HELPS TO KEEP THE CARPETS LOOKING LIKE NEW. IF THEY DIDN'T CHARGE SO MUCH, I WOULD USE THEM MORE FREQUENTLY.
