Description of Work: Had two area rugs and a runner cleaned. He Picked up and delivered exactly when he said he would. On day of delivery, he cleaned a family room carpet.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets and one chair. The cleaner is their best asset. One week later, wearing white socks on rug, they became dirty. Dirt was still in rug, dried. I feel like I need to have them cleaned again to remove the dirt not removed from the carpets. If I had the energy, I'd do it myself. AND, we paid $50 for scotch guard protection. Spots showing again.

Description of Work: the oriental rugs in my home had not been cleaned for more than 5 years and during that time a puppy had become part of my family. Not only did he gently and beautifully clean my rugs but he did a very good job cleaning up from Sophie's house breaking. I would be happy to use this provide again and will be recommending his work to friends and family.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. He said he would do the best that he could be the chairs had set-in stains that would probably not come out. I was pleased that he was honest about what the outcome would be. He did an excellent job and the chairs look much better. They are much cleaner and the worse stains are barely visible. Much less expensive that getting them reupholstered or replacing. He was very professional and I would not hesitate contacting him again for any further cleaning that I may need.

Description of Work: This company was completely unaccomodating in allowing me to use my expired coupon which I had requested as their gesture of good will. This experience has soured me on using any "flash sale" coupon company in the future.

Description of Work: When the provider called this morning for more info on my location, we discussed the size of the area to be cleaned. This is when he informed me that the deal was for wall-to-wall carpeting only, and would not apply to my 10'x10' area rug, which is what I need cleaned. I have no wall-to-wall carpeting, so I cancelled the appointment. I suggest that the next time this deal is offered, it should be made plain that it applies to wall-to-wall carpeting only.

Description of Work: The big deal only covered an area of 10 X 10 with this vendor, which is the size of a large area rug. We only have wall to wall carpeting and this offer did not fit our needs. We needed our carpeting cleaned before 5/26/13 and we have had them cleaned. Thank you
