Description of Work: Outstanding! |I called and explained my project and spoke with Andy Marshall. He gave an estimate from his Office (using an online view of my house) then met me at the house to be sure that his computer view had not missed any details and to assure we, together, had understood each other about the scope of the project (vinyl siding one side of my house). He gave a reasonable estimate, indicated the time frame in which he could do the project (which was several weeks in the future). |I signed the contract. The week before he was able to start the project, he called and gave me the tentative start and finish dates, which turned out to be the actual start and finish dates. |His workers left some mess behind. i called about that and he had someone clean it all up and take away any left over materials. |At all times, Andy Marshall was personable, polite, respectful, accurate and very professional. I always felt that I was working with a person of integrity and reliability. i will contact him again next summer to do the next phase of vinyl siding my house.

Description of Work: The crew was early and ready to work. I discussed the job with the crew chief. He answered all of my questions while the crew was setting up. | |They were Very Professional and efficient. The area on the ground and shrubs were well protected from the old shingles and at the end of the job |one of the crew did a complete "finish" clean-up around the house. | |Roof looks great/ and matches the garage roof which we added-on 6/7 years earlier. Description of Work: Marshall recommended, and rightfully so, a rubber membrane rather than shingles due very little pitch to the roof. The prior homeowner had great difficulty maintaining shingles because of high winds and wind driven rain. |So far, so good!

Description of Work: I was looking for a quote on vinyl siding, Dave took the time to go over every thing , and he was very nice ,I did not feel rushed or pressured |I like this guy attitude, the job was a little bit more than I want to spend at this time , but after a few other quote from other people, this is the guy to go to, you might pay a little more but your going to get quality stuff vs the other guys , in the long run what's 3000 to 4000 thousand dollars, for total job, to get top of the line stuff . I will be doing business in the near future

Description of Work: I called Marshall Building for a quote and an opinion on the life of my roof. I was so impressed that they were able to schedule an appointment that week. David was extremely knowledgeable and taught me about what to look for when my roof needs to be replaced. I truly appreciate his honesty in telling me that I still have some life left in my roof. I will be calling him when its time to replace it and I feel confident that they will do the job right. Thanks again David!
