He promised he would clean up at the end of each day. He also indicated it would be he own workers and not sub-contractors. However, he did hire sub-contractors, and he didn’t clean up. It was a real mess. After I told him my concern, he made good on his word and cleaned up every day and the job was done properly. I was pleased with the work.

From the time Dave the owner came to the house and showed us the window, explained what kind of windows we were getting, and installed the windows. It was a very easy decision to make. I am writing this review three days after the Blizzard of 2013 and the windows are GREAT. No leaks, can barley here the wind outside.

I received a voicemail message saying that they don't do paint and they dont usually work on 3 story houses so they can't help me. It seems very odd to me that a roofing/siding/window company would not even be interested in giving a quote simply because it is a 3 story house, especially without even coming by to take a look. They didn't even talk to anyone, just left the message on my machine. It's not like my house is a skyscraper. Weird.

They did a fantastic job. The reason I picked them because they have great reviews on Angie's List. It was a big job. They provide a good service. The fellow himself, every step of the way was in touch with me in terms of how things are proceeding. All the people were polite. They were very easy to work with. There were different group of people doing doors and windows v/s siding v/s the gutters. They were all first class people. I really liked them a lot. They came when they were supposed to come. They were on schedule. There were no additional cost and there was no discussion about anything different. They did extra stuff without any charge. I picked them up among the others. They were cheaper than another company I looked at. The quality was excellent. His responsiveness was tremendous.

It went wonderfully! They had done work for my dad 15 years ago, They had put siding on our house. Because I was so pleased with there work and their professionalism, I gave them a call when I needed a new roof. Tom one of the owners came to my house and gave me a price that seemed fair. While he was there he noticed a storm door they installed 15 years ago needed to be leveled and needed a new lock,he said he would take care of it at cost to me! They really stand by their work. The crew was punctuall and left no messes. The quality of their work was excellent They ended up needing more roofing shingles, then they planned, but didnot charge me more! They honored the quoted price. All the work is guaranteed, and I know if I call them they will come back if anything needs fixing.

This company is fantatic. Dave Marshall came right out did a full roof inspection and developed an estimate right away. He was very helpful with colors and even sent us to a house they had done to check out roof colors. The work went very well... fast and clean!! The workers were very nice and worked long days to minimize any disruption. I still have not found even 1 nail or old roof tile. They cleanup daily so no mess!! I am using them for some window replacements and some other work. I UNCONDITIONALLY reccomend them

It went well. I was initially hestitant about having that type of work done in mid-January, but I was assured that various portions of the project would be completed so that when it snowed or rained, no portion of the project would be exposed to the elements. ( i.e., no tarps, etc.) Because of the weather, the project took longer than usual. The workers were punctual, courteous and meticulous. I was, however, a little turned off by having the vendor present the bill in person as opposed to by mail. I would recommend to others, and would certainly consider using their services in the future.

They did an excellent job throughout. John Marshall met with us and went over entire job and price. No deposit or payment until done. We're very satisfied and would highly recommend.

They were on time starting every morning for 3 days. Stripped roof. Very knowledgeable & could not find one nail after they finished. Super job.

They arrived promptly at 7 AM. This crew worked the entire day with few breaks. Very courteous. Finished the same day as we had been promised. There were a couple of minor issues that were resolved . Overall everything looks great and we are very pleased.

We had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Marshall from the very beginning! John came over the day I called for an estimate and showed us examples of work they preformed, gave different options, and was very thorough making sure that all our questions were answered. Within days we had an estimate and were given a date when they could start. They came over on the day they promised and the crew was very pleasant. Dave and the others were very friendly and answered all our questions. Throughout the project they kept things neat and cleaned up every day. Whenever I called to ask the company a question, they were very responsive! They got back to us promptly and checked in several times to make sure we were happy with how things were going. They even gave us feedback and recommendations which was very nice too. This is a great company and we will have them do work for us again. They are very professional, DO EXCELLENT WORK, and were great to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The job went smoothly and the company's personnel were easy to deal with-professional, knowledgable, friendly and skilled.

Because of the extent of work required, the estimating phase took some time. Marshall was very patient while I reviewed product choices with my wife (shingles, shutters, siding, decking). As we discussed the front entry part of the project, Marshall offered some good ideas which we accepted. We agreed on a price and the work began at the end of February.The roof and siding were done first. Marshall surprised me by applying leftover roof shingles to my back yard shed (not part of the contract). The front entry took more time than we all imagined - the old front step was basically a block of concrete, which had to be removed to build a deck. It was harder than expected, so some had to be left in the ground, and the footprint of the deck enlarged slightly to accomodate that. Marshall's employees were punctual and respectful. No payment was required until I was satisfied with the work. The only issue was in the color of the deck material used for the front entry. It had a blue tint in the brochures, which complemented the dark blue shutters and shingles, but the actual product was grey. Since the boards had been purchased and cut to fit before we noticed the different hue, and Marshall had no reasonable alternative, we finally accepted the decking as delivered.

The process was painless from the time Andy came to give the estimate - no pressure, and the financing with a great bank was quick and simple. Work started and finished when they said it would. So satisfied with the entire process and results. Price was very reasonable.

Excellent work completed quickly and neatly. It took less time than expected. The price was in line with the other estimates I received. The couple of minor problems were fixed immediately as John had already anticipated them before I had even spoken to him. So far so good - the roof looks good and there are no leaks - can't ask for more.

The company measured every window and then ordered them. They were very honest about the wait due to manufacturing backups due to the tie of year. Once the windows were in, they scheduled the job for a week out. They were on time and cleaned up every day. Each window was insulated. Payment was not requested until the job was complete.

At first, we had three estimates, but went with Marshall Building because of the professionalism, and because they were the only ones who actually got up on the roof to see it. He also gave us two estimates and didn't push when we said we only wanted to go with replacing the worst part of the roof. We signed the contract, but then it took them a lot longer than they said it would to actually start the work- in the mean time, out leaky skylight got much worse and we had bad damage inside. Once the crew got there, they were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves, including all the nails. The only other issue we ran into was the cost of the dumpster- we needed a bigger one, which cost more than originally estimated. Because they took so long to get to us, they didn't charge us more. We haven't had any issues with the roof since- no leaks.

Came to our home twice. Once for consult again to sign contract. Within time limits & price. Pleased with price & work. Very professional crew.

The owner came out to give me an estimate. He gave some history of the company that I would be dealing. The job was completed within time and cost estimates. The crew was very professional.

They were excellent. I have no complaints. They bumped my appointment up because they had an opening, which I appreciated. The guy showed up on time everyday. They were great. I can't say enough good about them. They even did a few extra things for me. They recommended someone for some railings that I needed and that company did an excellent job as well.

Completed in a timely matter from start to finish.

The project went very smoothly. It took about 6 hours total and with minimal inpact on our daily life. The workers were clean and diligent as they went about removing our old roof and installing the new roof. The new roof looks nice and is holding up very well to our very rainly weather.

I have nothing negative to say, they did a fantastic job from start to finish.
