The installer was on time, pleasant and professional. He cleaned up after himself.

After several delays (some weather-related, some not), Marshall Builders replaced the roof in one day. Unfortunately, they ran out of daylight and completed the job in the dark.

Marshall was timely, reasonably priced and provided high quality work on all aspects of the job.

I recommend Marshall Building & Remodeling. Very professional. Although I found the roof was not the cause of the problem I was having, there is no question I would have seriously considered hiring them to do the work if it needed to be done.

Our roofing project was executed with high quality and amazing efficiency by Marshall Roofing. On the morning the project was scheduled to start, a small army of roofers arrived promptly at 7:30 am and proceeded to encase our home and deck in protective tarps. The home having been duly cordoned off, the project commenced and by late afternoon the roof was fully installed over our home and garage and cleanup was completed. Early the next day the dumpster containing debris from the original roof and other excess materials were removed and the project was complete. The roof looks great!

price was fair. scheduling was pretty good considering i am quite a ways from them and its not big job. the crew was excellent. high quality work. good job on the clean up afterwords. definitely would use them gain

We were not present when the work was done, but upon our return we found the area clean and tidy, no damage to the plantings and the new roof installed with extra shingles left in case they were ever needed. We were completely satisfied with the work and especially pleased that the work was able to be done before the winter weather set in.

Excellent to deal with. Marshall showed up promptly and finished the job in just 3 days. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. A great company to do business with. Would definitely use again. As a landlord who has a few properties and delt with many contractors on many jobs I can honestly say that this was probably the best experience I ever had with a builder/ contractor.

Everything went smooth from beginning to end. From the woman scheduling our estimate (Judy) to the gentleman that came out to meet with my husband. We knew we were in good hands and made the decision to have the work done right then and there. We even got a bump up in the calendar and our windows were installed 4 weeks sooner than originally stated. On the date of install a delivery truck arrived ahead of the 7:30 a.m. start time with the windows and were unloaded and placed near door. At 7:30 a.m on the dot our installer arrived. Very pleasant man - Bob. He was fantastic, friendly and informative. He did an excellent job installing and left the areas spotless. Couldn't be happier with our relationship on this project. Will definitely look to Marshall again in the future once we save enough money to side our home. Thank you. Rare to find a company of this caliber nowadays.

First, the roof - the crew showed up on time and got it done in one day! Very courteous and experienced. Then, the siding - we chose a higher quality siding and were very happy with the result, although it cost a bit more. We were very happy with the work done and the professionalism and would strongly recommend Marshall for your next home project. We will be using them again in the spring.

Very clean, thorough and excellent work done. Even removed and disposed of 2 network dishes on the roof. Would definitely recommend!!

They were here at 7:15 AM as they said, with a crew of 6. They worked steady all day and finished about 4:15. Everything was cleaned up when they left.

Marshall's roofers were on time and did excellent work. They were very attentive to detail. They were respectful of my time and my neighbor's property. Clean up was excellent each day!

All the work was completed in a timely fashion, was well done, and the cleanup was perfect. However, the roofing crew was left unsupervised without even one person able to speak English. This posed a problem because we needed to communicate what we wanted but were unable to. No one even spoke broken English! Had we known this beforehand, we would not have hired them to do the roof. That said, when my husband complained about the communication problem, Marshall Roofing responded immediately and resolved the problem. The window and gutter crews were English speaking and were a delight to to have around.

Marshall Builders was on time, very courteous, did impeccable work, very neat and cleaned everything up. The window looks beautiful. The price was very reasonable. Very knowledgeable.

Salesmen Mike was wonderful. We spent an hour w/him, discussing what needed to be done, such as materials, etc. Crew that actually did job were exceptional working in the July heat. Supervisor Jeff was great, too! Cleanup was amazing.

John Marshall sent subcontractors Ernie and Ernie Jr. to construct deck and they did outstanding work. Excellent craftsmanship. Jason and his partner rebuilt the bulkhead and did excellent work. John made sure every detail was completed to our satisfaction.

Andy gave me an estimate that was within my budget and was very friendly and efficient. A month later the job was done in 1 day. Looks great. Some damage to garden. Andy followed up within a day. Great service.

Completely satisfied with the install from quote to finish. Dave M. is easy to work with. The installer (Bob H) has been with them for quite some time and is a fine craftsman. I would not hesitate to recommend Marshall Contracting for any of their services.

Initial interview very thorough, well explained. Young men on time (doing siding). Worked quickly and well together. Answered all my questions. Different worker on breezeway. Congenial and did very good job.

I have had windows replaced in the past by Marshall Contractors. They are very professional in their manner and accommodating to ones needs. The installer, Jeff, was courteous and got to work immediately. A job well done.

I found them online and read reviews so I asked them to contact me to set up an appointment for a free estimate actually for vinyl siding. Which I hired them to do. When Andy arrived, on time, we discussed the project and I mentioned getting pricing from other vendors for windows. He mentioned they did windows and explained that they were Harvey windows, triple pane, energy efficient etc. . . with a lifetime guarantee and no matter what size (except for the bay window) they would be $400 ea. I did contact other vendors and they came in hirer with same or lower quality window. Once I saw that I contacted Marshall's for a formal proposal. Andy came out and measured all windows. We set it up so the windows would be installed right before vinyl siding. He also mentioned it would be a few months out due to their schedules. They called the week before they wanted to install and gave me the details for timing. Bob the person who installs the windows was right on time and even mentioned he had driven by the day before to make sure he knew where he was going. Bob started with the bay window and told me what he was going to do. He was great!!!! Meticulous, pleasant, funny. He put tried to match the molding around the bay window to the house. The other bay window was not done as beautifully. It took him about three days to finish the project which was exactly in the timeframe I was told. He also told us how to protect our windows when putting in air conditioners so that we wouldn't void our lifetime warranty. The last vendor that put in our windows did none of that. We are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the workmanship.

The Marshall crews arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Work was completed on schedule. Dave & Jeff were very responsive to our questions. The house looks great and we have peace of mind that the job was done to highest standards.

They responded quickly for an assessment & estimate. The garage roof was done quicklly, before the snow started! I hardly knew they were there. It looks great. The 20 windows and 6 sliders were done in the midst of our nasty winter weather. The team was prompt, courteous and professional. They replaced the windows and cleaned up their area efficiently. In just a few days all the work was completed and the windows look awesome!
