Marshall is a superior company to work with. This is the second project that we have had Marshall complete, and once again they did not disappoint! This time we had Marshall install vinyl siding, and add trim to our windows and doors. The crew was amazing and very respectful, and the foreman and field supervisor were always available to answer questions and address any concerns that we had. There were several problematic areas on our home, but the crew worked as a team to solve the problems. Our home looks beautiful, and friends and family have commented on the quality of the workmanship. From the initial consultation to the finished product, Marshall’s professionalism and attention to detail is second to none! Thank you Marshall!

Good customer service before, during and after. There was good follow up after the estimate for the work was given, and then once we confirmed our order. The work (window replacement) got done in one day, as we were told it would be. The installation went smoothly, the guys attended to some last minute requests related to the work, and then cleaned up their work area. As expected, there was a follow up phone call a few days later. It was professional from start to finish.

we had all of our windows replaced (30) . we changed window sizes and added a slider to provide access to our deck. Several of the rooms had awkwardness to them as well, such as granite and wood surfaces as well as wallpaper. not a simple project. The work performed by the team was magnificent, such care and precision was only matched by their amazing workmanship. We couldn't be happier with the quality of windows and the skill of implementation.

All went well with new roof shingles.
Couple of hiccups.
But they were address immediately.
Cody did an excellent job on the call back.
Covered up the two areas with the tongue & groove boards that was exposed to the nails that came through original boards.
Hats off to Cody.
The whole Marshall crew were great.
Job well done.

Description of Work: I was looking for a builder /remodeling compa The front and two sides of the house and garage were stripped of the original shingles and cedar clapboard. Old wooden gutters were removed and new soffits and facia were built. New seamless gutters were installed. 2nd floor new construction windows were installed along with one replacement on the garage side. New cedar shingle-style siding was installed along with all new window and door trim. New outdoor lamps were installed as well. We are very pleased with the results. The 2nd floor windows were professionally weatherproofed before the new construction windows were installed. This was something I looked for and was very pleased with the results. The work done was top quality from workers that cared about their craft. They were very professional and easy to deal with. Any questions or concerns were welcomed and answered. There are alot of builders and remodelers. They basically all do the same kind of work. What makes one stand out from the rest are the people that own the company and their construction workers they have. This group, from the top to bottom, is the best. They are prompt, curtious and very professional. In closing I want it to be known that I am a person that has hi expectations and I was not disappointed with Marshall Building and Remodeling. ny

Description of Work: Marshall responded to our request for and estimate immediately. We had questions they answered and went into detail as to how the job would be done. We arranged an approximate time they would start and They did and completed it in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything and would not accept payment until we said we were happy. We were very impressed. Thank you Marshall The job was to side a two story plus house in North Providence and replace the gutters and a number of windows.
