Went as expected. Room was a small spare bedroom, so although I purchased this as a deal, I would expect the price to be the same without the deal offer.

Very professional and gave me the best advice on what color paint to purchase. Honest and a perfectionist!

the grout looks good, but they left a small mess in the bathroom afterwards which was hard to clean up because it was dry hardened grout on the floor and in the sink. overall: B+

He came to do the Kitchen back splash. He just did upper part of the wall but left out i/4 area bottom part of the wall not tilled .When I asked to do the whole wall he said no need .I expected to do whole wall and still less than 40 sq ft but he did not want to do it. That why I am not happy with his small job but charge more than other people and also waiting too long to come to finish the installation.

Emilio was great to work with (punctual, professional, and did what he said he was going to do). The work was great quality and the crew Emilio had in and out of our home was very respectful and polite. I highly recommend Vargas Services and look forward to working with them again in the future. All went very well. Emilio was very prompt, professional, courteous and had complete oversight of this project. The team was very accommodating to last minute requests. Emilio takes much pride in the work that his workers produce and contributes hands on. In the end, everything was picked up and cleaned. We will definitely hire Vargas services for future needs.

The work went very well and on a timely basis. The condo was left very clean after the completion of the job.

Emilio & his crew painted every room, closet & ceiling and it looks fabulous. He knew exactly what to do to ensure that the previous owners smoke smell is gone and even added a pleasant lavender scent. I received estimates for significantly more, and others for cheaper, but questionable expertise. He was punctual, professional, and did a nice job with clean up every day. Most importantly, I am SUPER happy with the job! Lines are clean, prep was done well. Customer satisfaction is obviously important to him, and every day he checked the job, and asked me to show him anything I didn't think was perfect! He was very accommodating on the timing and some additional areas/changes I hadn't initially planned on. Am very happy to recommend Vargas to anyone and will definitely be hiring him again when I am ready to paint the exterior. Considering a basement remodel too! Strongly recommend to others - very happy - he and his crew went above and beyond!

My husband and I met with Antonio a couple of weeks before work was performed. We wanted all rooms in our house painted as we had another painter do the job about 5 years before and did not have a very good experience. From the minute Mr Vargas walked into the house he was very professional and very helpful. My husband and I decided to hire Mr Vargas and picked out the colors. A couple of weeks later Mr Vargas and his crew arrived at 8:00 in the morning ready to work. Mr Vargas and his crew worked from 8:00 until 4pm for 2 days painting a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, and kitchen. We even requested a change to our work order and wanted our baseboards painted. That was no problem for this company. At the end of the second day all work was done and Mr Vargas and his crew cleaned up their supplies and left. My husband and I looked at each other and realized that our house didn't smell like a paint factory. In fact, it actually had a pleasant fragrance. In the future, my husband and I will hire Mr Vargas and his crew to install hardwood floors in our home.

Was so glad I had this done, because the problem was caught early. Even so, there was mold in the insulation. Anyway, the tile was replaced, and I had them install a new vanity, along with a sink/vanity top, and a new toilet. All of these were things I had been thinking of doing, and was pleased with the professional manner with which Vargas Services did this work. I would highly recommend them, and would certainly hire them again for future projects.

Emilio and his team were punctual, professional and a pleasure to work with. They treated my home as if it were their own. He replaced shingles that were damaged and any other extra repairs that were necessary and always kept me informed. They left my property cleaner than the day that they arrived. I highly recommend Vargas Services when looking for a company to paint your house exterior. They were extremely responsive in providing a quote (within 3 hrs) and were even willing to work on a Sunday to get the job done! Emilio and his staff were extremely professional and the quality of work completed far exceeded my expectations.

Excellent!! Painters were very neat and organized and put everything back in order before they left. They came on time and worked diligently so they could finish a large job in just a few days. Very impressed and love my rooms! They even came back a few days later to touch up a few spots left by tiny handprints.
