Excellent, their work is really good, fast and efficient

At first, we really liked working with Emilio and his team for the most part. At least prior to painting, he was responsive and professional. However, the timeline on our project got pushed back a lot, and his team didn't properly prep the house before they painted. We started having peeling issues within a year, and now three years later there is visible peeling on three sides of our house. Emilio has repeatedly blamed it on the paint, been hard to get in touch with, slow to respond, and when he did send someone out to "fix it" they did a very minor patch job which didn't address the full problem. Theoretically, there's a ten year guarantee on the job, but getting them to fix the original poor work has been really frustrating. It's still not fixed, and we're moving into colder weather. So, not great.

They show up on time and really did and awesome job, you can trust Emillio to do whatever you need done & he does exactly what he says,very flexible & customer oriented , you won’t be disappointed,they work hard and efficiently,we painted the house to sell it ,but now it’s gonna be hard to walk away from, 1 st class work quality paint ,well worth the price,thanks Emillio & Crew, we will definitely hire him again and again 👍🏼🇺🇸

I am very pleased with the results. The house had originally been painted without primer on the shingles, so some paint was not well bonded. The Vargas team was very conscientious in the prep work, and when some of the new paint failed to bond well, they redid that work. The end result was that the house looks great. They also restained a deck which also came out very well.

Emilio and his crew completed the work on schedule. They did a thorough job cleaning and painting/staining the clapboard, trim, doors, decks, porch and bulkhead. They were very responsive to my requests.

Emilio and his team at Vargas Services was prompt and professional throughout the painting process. They were very transparent with their pricing and the scope of the project, and the project was completed on-time. They also did a very good job cleaning afterwards. I highly recommend this service!

Made an appointment for a quote for exterior painting a week in advance. They completely forgot about it. When they were 20 minutes late for the appointment, I called and Emilio had no clue he was supposed to be at my house to quote the job. Go somewhere else. Vargas is a typical useless contractor. NEXT!!!!

Vargas Services painted the entire interior and replaced all of the flooring in our 2 bedroom townhouse (aprox 1300 sq ft.). Amazing attention to detail, incredibly responsive, and highly professional. The work that Emilio and his team did exceeded our expectations and we would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. My wife and I are 100% satisfied with the finished work and will recommend Vargas Services to family and friends. 5 Stars!!!

This contractor has no training with proper methods for containing or safely working with lead paint. They promised to use an environmentally friendly paint stripper as a first step to remove the old paint, but only did so upon inquiry after inappropriately dry scrapping and power sanding the entire exterior of the house without any sort of HEPA system to capture debris/dust. When the paint stripper was used, it was power washed off without any means of containment making a mess of our yard and scarring much of the surface of the underlying shingles. If you have any concern about disturbing lead paint around your yard, particularly if you have young children living in or near your house, I would steer clear of this contractor and go with someone who is appropriately licensed and trained to deal with lead paint safely.

They did a great job and I would certainly hire them again.

Mr. Vargas and his crew were very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. Just thought the price was a bit high because it was not a full job, but given excellent work would definitely hire this company again.

The work was done in one day, in a very professional manner, it came out beautifully and the final price for all the work was quite reasonable. ( 5 rooms and a bathroom, including closet interiors) very nicely done.

Called the office phone number. Outgoing message made clear I had reached the correct number. Left a message with the work needed, name, phone number (repeated twice), and location. That was weeks ago. They never called us back at all, not even to give us the courtesy of saying they were not available, or whatever. We have caller ID and a phone log, so I would know if they had called while we were out, even if they did not leave a message on our fully functional answering machine. Guess they don't need my business.

Emilio and his crew were great! Tremendously hard working, showed up like clockwork on time every day and finished the job quickly. They even scheduled the prep work for a time that we were out of town, at our request. All for a reasonable price. We are very happy with the results. The team went above and beyond when we asked them about additional items that we wanted painted. Emilio was very responsive to my many questions. Highly recommend!

I would say, that the end product was excellent but you have to be in constant communication with Mr. Vargas to make that you are on the same page;

He was lovely and he got back to me very quickly. The thing is I have an older house and I had another estimate. His personality was wonderful and he was quick with getting back to me. I'm not going to use him because he doesn't do window glazing. The estimate was fairly detailed.

Emilio did not perform the work. He sent a guy who did not speak a word of English, making it very difficult to communicate. (At one point, Emilio was acting as a translator through text messages. It was comical.) The work APPEARED to turn out fine, until almost a year later when mice started appearing in my kitchen. Turns out, Emilio's guy never sealed the top of the backsplash (he left more than an inch open), so mice were coming up from the basement. When I asked Emilio to return to fix it, he said he would for $200. I said I only owed him $110 (money, which by the way, he never came back for or even billed me for). He said he would rather I hire someone else than quibble over $90, and he was too busy anyway. So now I have to pay someone else to finish the job he started.

Job went smooth and came out beautiful! Vargas Services is highly recommended and I have used them for other projects around the house as well. Deck work, powerwash and paint, etc. Thanks again!
