Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Fantastic service! I had called two other plumbers to no avail. I remembered a friend telling me about her wonderful experience with Roto-Rooter. I called and within an hour a plumber and trainee were here. They gave me a quote and resolved the problem in a timely manner. When a secondary problem arose they promised not to leave until that was fixed also. Good to thier word the two stayed until about 7 PM. I wouls recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

The technician was very personable, knowledgeable and prompt. He was very willing to go over pros and cons of my decision whether to cap the gas lines or move them for convenience. He came early in the morning so I did not have to worry about work. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was very satisfied and will call again for other plumbing issues.

The plumber unclogged the drain at an incredible price - not only to my wallet, but to my pipes as well. I went to run the water in my tub after he left, only to realize that water was now leaking onto the floor! When I called to have him come back out, he told me it was because my pipes had corroded from the drain cleaner I tried to use. I felt foolish, and he patched the leak with duck tape. The next day, my family plumber (who was unavailable to do the job when I needed him) came by, he told me that there was nothing wrong with the pipes and the technician from Roto was lazy and I had been duped out of money. I am furious...

The main drain was clogged, I called Roto Rooter, they came within the hour, promptly worked on the problem, unclogged the drain and provided some useful tips on how to prevent it in the future. They are professional and I have no issue hiring them again.

He came the day I called and gave me an estimate. The man was very professional and I was really impressed with him. He really seemed to know what he was doing. He was very neat and tidy. It didn't take him very long and what he did is guaranteed for 6 months.

Company unclogged a toilet. AFTER the repair, the technician told me that it would be guaranteed for only a week because small children might throw things in; 3 weeks later the toilet had same problem. We have no children in the house or dogs, etc. I called Roto Rooter who replied that they would come but charge full price. I understand that legally I had no claim but in other experiences with reputable, reliable businesses efforts have been made to assure customer satisfaction. The duration of the one week warranty was told to me AFTER the repair. I told them not to come and called a competitor who informed me that their guarantee was 1 year. Of course I told that plumber to come. What if Roto Rooter had come and it broke again in another 3 weeks? DO NOT use Roto Rooter without finding out in advance the length of the guarantee. The original repair was competent and professional. My comments relate only to the phone call about the potential repair 3 weeks later.

They did a really good job and even came back with a camera, after the work to show me that they line was clear. I was impressed with the promptness in returning my calls. They were very well friendly and made sure to answer all of my questions. I thought that the price was very high though, but it was worth it for the work that was done.

The serviceman came the day after I called him, first thing in the morning. He snaked out the drain within minutes, cleaned up the little water that was there and was on his way. The bathtub drains just fine now and I havent had any problems with it. I do recommend Roto Rooter.

THEY DID THEIR JOB RIGHT AND LEFT EVERYTHING VERY CLEAN. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF MY DRAINS YET AND THERE HAVE BEEN NO LEAKS. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

I WONT DENY THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE PRICE WAS JUST WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR A DRAIN CLEANING. THEY CHARGED ME 200 DOLLARS! NOW I KNOW WHERE ALL THE PIPES ARE, SO I CAN JUST DO IT MYSELF.

THIS JOB COST TOO MUCH, OTHER THAN THAT I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE JOB. ITS A REAL HASSLE WHEN THE SEWER SYSTEM DOESNT WORK, BUT THEY GOT IN, GOT IT DONE, AND GOT OUT. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO FLUSH AGAIN.

THE MAN CAME RIGHT OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER WE CALLED. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK WAS DIFFICULT TO LOCATE, BUT HE DID INITIALLY FIND THE PROBLEM, AND REPAIRED IT. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIM.

I AM PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING THEY DID. THEY EVEN GIVE ME DISCOUNTS NOW BECAUSE I HAVE TOLD LOTS OF FRIENDS HOW GOOD A JOB THEY DO. THAT REALLY HELPS; THEM BEING SO NICE.

WE HAD SEWAGE BACKED UP IN OUR BASEMENT, SO IT WAS A REAL MESS. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND FIGURED OUT WHAT TO DO. IT TURNS OUT THAT PAPER TOWELS WERE STUCK IN THE MAIN LINE.

THEY CAME OUT IN 45 MINUTES AND THEY HAD THE JOB DONE IN ONLY 20 MINUTES. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS TOO. THEY ARE REALLY GREAT PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.

THIS COMPANY INFORMED ME THAT I NEED A NEW DRAIN TO THE STREET AND THE COST WOULD BE $15,000! I HAD A SECOND OPINION AND ROOT-ROOTER WAS WRONG. I FEEL THAT IF THE SOLUTION IS DRASTIC, GET A SECOND OPINION.

THEY HAD TO DO A LOT OF WORK, BUT THEY WERE READY TO WORK WHEN THEY GOT HERE. THEY PUT THE LAWN BACK IN PLACE VERY NICELY AS WELL. THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY ARE THE BEST FOR THE JOB.

WE HAD TO CALL THIS COMPANY TWO DIFFERENT TIMES. THEY WERE GREAT ABOUT COMING TO THE HOUSE. THE MEN THAT DID THE WORK WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN THEY CLEANED OUT EVERYTHING.

WE HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS FOR WEEKS WHEN WE FINALLY CALLED ROTO ROOTER. THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND SNAKED OUT THE LINE. IT IS WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD NOW.

THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE CLEANING OF THE PIPES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THIS AREA. THEY COULD SHOW IMPROVEMENT ON CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES, THOUGH.

THEY DID NOT GET IT FIXED BECAUSE IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SEWER SYSTEM AND NOT WITH OUR PIPES THE CITY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY ONCE WE CALLED THEM. I WOULD USE ROTO ROOTER FOR SMALL JOBS BUT NOTHING ELSE.

I AM VERY GLAD WITH THE RESULTS. I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS PRETTY REASONABLE, TOO.

IT TOOK THEM LONGER THAN WAS EXPECTED, BUT THEY KEPT WORKING UNTIL THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ABLE TO COME RIGHT AWAY. THEY MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP AND BACK IN PLACE BEFORE THEY LEFT.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND THAT THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME WHENEVER YOU NEED THEM TO. THEY ALWAYS DO FANTASTIC WORK AND I RECOMMEND THEM.
