Ruizdael Lopez was so professional did a great job and really helped me out was in a pinch. Recommend preventative measures to help maintain the longevity of my pipes and did so with a great attitude would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and there technicians to everyone thank you tech 6832 for everything.

Incredibly over priced. I needed an exterior drain pipe unclogged - they quoted $1300+ to use a pressurized water jet to unclog. Or $500+ to use an auger. Technician was friendly and estimate was free.

Gil, the Roto-rooter service person, arrived as scheduled. Gil was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He listened to my concerns, took the time to evaluate the situation and came up with a solution. Gil communicates well with his customers and was patient responding to the questions I had. In addition, Gil is proactive. He pointed out a potential issue, but recommended that I wait to have it fixed. I had the comfortable feeling that Gil knew his business. I highly recommend this company and, in particular, this service person. It is rare nowadays to find someone who does the job well with a great attitude. Thank you, Gil!

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I setup service for that night. They came out right on time. They didn't discuss price when I booked the appointment. I wish they would have. They wanted $579 to snake the drain and for "treatment". That's their flat rate. He said he could do it without the treatment for $400 !!! I said "No thank you". He didn't bat an eyelash. I suspect they get that all the time. I had a local guy come out and do it for $120 with a 30 day guarantee.

What I noticed first about Gil Lourenco and Fernando Monzon is the pride they take in their workmanship. They were courteous and enthusiastic about solving the problems in a way that would last. Plumbing work is costly, but when you have technicians who take as much care to do the job right and explain it to you along the way, it makes it worth it. I told Fernando that I already had a rooter service done on my shower drain after a big renovation. After mentioning it to Fernando, he took great care to troubleshoot and discovered that there was indeed a lot of construction debris (tile no less) in the line. The prior company I used did not take nearly as much care or consideration. Fernando gave me great peace of mind because I worried there was a more serious issue that would have required a much more costly repair. I also know there is an additional service I can use called hydro-jetting if encounter the issue again. If I do call back, I'll be asking for Gil and Fernando! Gil is a master plumber with 14 years of experience it shows! Rather than replacing all of the tank mechanisms to alleviate inconsistent flush functionality, he made a few adjustments and used wd40 to get everything up to par, saving me hundreds. These two work so well together and their positive attitude was contagious. If hope messages like this make it as far up as Spencer Lee – if Fernando and Gil are representative of your workforce, you're all doing something right!

Not good. Check out my review on google. Called them a million times to dispute being way way overcharged for something I never got a quote on. They played dumb and transferred me a million times. Nobody ever resolved it with me. I chased them for over 3 months trying to resolve it. I even emailed their corporate person who is a real dunce. Said a manager would call me for the 5th time. I called 3 different people who said a supervisor would be in touch with me in 15. Never happened. Called another time, said 30 minutes. Never called back. Monkeys. If you want my advice, hire local or a friend of a friend, don't go with these clowns. They're corporate monkeys that don't give a sh*te about customers at all. Wicked sketchy.

Both the companies representative on the phone and the service technician Chris were extremely responsive and helpful. Chris was there the next morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and how to fix it, completed the task and left the house as he found it. It is great to find such efficiency and someone who you can rely on.

Job went very well. No surprises or problems. Workmanship was excellent. Service provider was pleasant and very knowledgeable.

The drain cleaning service was prompt and professional. I'm very satisfied.

Very difficult and messy job but they got it done and cleaned the areas up in a very professional way . A high pressure water pumping truck was needed to get through the clogs. They gave me a $405 discount off of the total because that was the estimate for the drain snakes which turned out to be inadequate. I was very pleased and would definitely call them again.

Patrick Maclary #4284 showed up EARLY before the scheduled time. I say this as a good thing. when i have a problem in the house especially a problem that i can not figure out, it drives me crazy. the fact that is was early as opposed to late is a definite positive for me. As soon as he showed up he was professional and seemed sympathetic to my issue (main sewer line clogged). Which I appreciated. we then agreed on the price and then work to work. Myself, a nosy, asking questions homeowner wanted to know the why, how, if, when and Patrick answered all my questions with professionalism and courtesy. He really put my mind at ease. Over the next 2 to 3 hours he worked very hard explaining to me each step along the way. He was SUCCESSFUL in unclogging my sewer line. I was ecstatic. when my wife came home from work, i had a load of clothes in the washer and dishes in the dishwasher. In today's world, people are out to make a quick buck...show up to a job and get out as quick as humanly possible. Being a computer guy and having no idea where, how or even how sever the damage was, Patrick quickly put my mind at ease. I felt Patrick's concern was me, the customer...the man with the problem. He was not just trying to make a quick buck and leaving. I really appreciated that. I will call again. Thank you Patrick.

They were successful and worked at it until they were. Technician Nathan (# 3083) was pleasant, polite, worked hard and was respectful of my property and my dogs.

I call for service at 7:30 am and the technicians arrived at 9:00 am They found the blockage and opened it as much as possible but recommended a section of my main line has to be replaced. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the work they did at this time.

Magnificent. Came on-time, did not waste any time, and finished quickly while explaining everything that was done.

It went very well. I called late in the day, because I discovered the problem after coming home from work. The young woman who answered my call said that someone could come out the same evening, but there would be a $99 charge for a night call. It was worth it. Because of a plugged line going out to the street sewer, I couldn't flush my toilets, run water, use the washer, etc. without causing back up in the lowest drain in the basement. Don came out during the two-hour window I was given. He was very courteous, explained everything to me, and showed me what was causing the problem. He even gave me suggestions on how best to clean the floor and a recommendation for a local place where I could buy a water alarm. I'd never heard of such a thing, but he explained what it does. He said they aren't expensive and given the mess the backed-up drain caused, it's worth it to have an alarm in place to warn me if the drain starts backing up again. I'm very pleased with the work and the service. I'd definitely hire them again and plan to have them come out to check my drains periodically for problems.

it went good! Tech was nice and cleaned up after himself when done. No surprises with cost, all was quoted before work began. It was a tad pricey, but I needed it done. I had no other choices as no other plumbers returned my calls. Roto - Rooter got back to my email within 20 minutes of me sending a request.

In was in the basement and he did a lot of work. My house is old so he to add a new drain. I tried to do this review before but it put the wrong price

James Wallace, the guy from Roto-Rooter, fixed the immediate issue (an epically clogged pipe) and then did another video inspection to diagnose the larger problem. He did a great job explaining what had caused it, as well as giving all the options for fixing it. He made it very easy to decide which option made the best financial sense in the long term, and found a way to do the job which cut some costs off the usual procedure. After, he cleaned up the basement, sprayed some stuff to take care of the smell from the drains, and scheduled the pipe-fix. Great experience all around. (My parents have been satisfied with more basic jobs Roto-Rooter has done for them in the past as well.)

I had a big leak from inside the wall due to a split in a cast iron waste pipe. It went from the top floor to the basement. The plumbers from Roto Rooter were well organized and kept damage to wall to access the big sewer pipe and remove it to the least amount possible, taking the old nasty drains out from the basement window to avoid going through the house. Also the new materials came through the same way. The repairs to the drainage were done in a very timely manner. The damage caused by the leak, and the necessary disruption and complexities of the work were stressful for me as the owner, and their professionalism was very encouraging. I had no idea how expensive this kind of work would be and that was a big deal for me but I would definitely ask for these particular plumbers again should I need plumbing done. Additionally the Restoration Estimator Cindy was very helpful regarding what to do about the damage to the wall and floors caused by the leak. I wish to thank Paul Gosselin and Edwin, who led the work, and Chris and Apollo who ably assisted.

I emailed Roto Rooter the night before and requested a visit. I was contacted within minutes via email with an appointment for the following morning. Thirty minutes before arrival, I received a call that the technician was en route. Manny arrived, checked what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. I approved it and he obtained the supplies and within 2 hours was finished. He even reattached my dishwasher back to the counter top. And the final cost was nearly $300 less than the estimate due to the cost of the supplies and I was given a senior discount. I couldn't ask for a better outcome.

See above. The worse experience I have ever had with And service done in my home. I am Telling everyone I know not to use them and have filed a complaint with my credit card co to investigate this issue. Horrible co
