HORRIBLE
Description of Work: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.....We had a sewer backup in our home after a heavy rain. Called them in the a.m. & the guy said someone would be to our house around 9am. No one showed up until 8 pm. They were not equipped with what they should of had in their vehicle so had to wait for another hour. Then they proceeded to tell us that they would have to dig a 10 foot hole & dig up our landscaping & part of our driveway to try & locate our sewer pump. They sent a guy by the next morning who was not professional at all & was wanting my husband to quickly sign an agreement for the cost of the repair which was $6200. We told him that he was crazy & sent him on his merry way. Called another company who were EXTREMELY professional & had us up & running in a couple of hours without having to damage any of our landscaping. They knew exactly where to go to locate the sewer pump. I guess the only good thing about Roto Rotter is that the good guys that know what they are doing & take pride in their work get to benefit from your screwups.

Description of Work: Drain pipe serving my kitchen sink was clogged just hours before guests from out of town were to arrive. Called Roto-Rooter and they had a qualified and capable plumber--Ann--at my home within the hour. Ann was friendly and professional and radiated competence. She quickly assessed the situation and went to work. Minutes later the clog was cleared and the sink was emptied of dirty, greasy water. She gave me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. I've used Roto-Rooter before for this kind of problem, and have always been please with their service. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: My bathroom sink had been partially clogged for a long time-I was able to clear it for a couple of weeks and then it would back up and clog again. Finally it completely clogged. I called an independent plumber who was unable to clear it. I then called roto-rooter who was able to do it. He was very nice-warned me ahead of time of the price and even cleaned up after himself. I think it was very expensive-I am a first time home buyer and was shocked.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND THAT THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY COME WHENEVER YOU NEED THEM TO. THEY ALWAYS DO FANTASTIC WORK AND I RECOMMEND THEM.
